All right, hey, good morning, good people. This is day two of the building a business with zero money, the foundational phase. And what I mean by the foundational phase is that right now, the business isn't in place to really capture the things that we want to capture. One have no money to grow the business. Two, I have no reliable way to get captured leads consistently to grow the business. I have the product and I have the websites and I have a way to fulfill it. So I have two of the five. Three of the five no money, no consistent way to generate leads, so the two are missing. But I have the product, I have the website and I have a way to fulfill the orders.
Speaker 0:So for these 85 days, I'm trying to build out those first two. So for the next 30 days, I'm preparing for a pitch competition and it's going to be about $10,000. And so I'm hoping to get that. It's a bit more intensive than my normal pitch competitions because they want more information. It isn't the one that gives me the most money. I've had some that have five, five times as much, but it's ten thousand dollars and that will go a long way. Um, and then also, what I want to do is, you know, learn the meta ads and then deploy those on instagram and facebook, and so meta has a free course on their website to do that. So I want to learn that over this next 85 days, and that'll be one lead generation. The second lead generation would be me going to actual events like Farmers Markets, caribbean Expos, wellness Expos. And then the third would be like a pop-up on the website. So, once they hit the website, by giving them something that would actually give them some immediate relief in their pain, hopefully that will entice them to come in. And then a fourth one I want to nurture the ones that we already have by creating the um, the weekly newsletter on different things you can do to get pain relief. So those are the four that I want to capture over the next 85 days, and then excuse me, and then go from there. And then, also over the next 85 days, I wanna create some metrics to track so I can see what kind of progress that I'm making.
Speaker 0:Okay, for today, though, I'm gonna finish the updates on the business plan that I got from the coach. I'm gonna practice an intro for a business pitch and then the outro for the business pitch. I don't know the details of what I can say in the business pitch competition. I'll be getting that probably within the next week or so. So that's the plan. Thank you for joining me on this journey, because I'm hoping that by me being transparent with what's going on with me, it'll help you move in your business faster, or just know that you're not alone. And then you're helping me by holding me accountable. You're forcing me to map out what I need to accomplish today and then tomorrow. I'll feel really bad if I come and record tomorrow and saying that I hadn't gotten it done. So we're hope this is mutually beneficial. All right, see you tomorrow.
