You cannot walk away if you want to see your vision become reality. Countless times, I’ve setup all parties, shown them the vision, addressed their equities, and wanted to walk away. Everytime, I could not. Instead, I needed to break down barriers and keep everyone headed in the right direction. Some great opportunities, and the bureaucracy didn’t even leverage it. It’s the same over and over. You must lead or design will simply remain design.
