Take Ownership as the Leader.
Big leaders know that leadership is about taking ownership. Not trying to avoid it, not passing the buck, owning it. From the top to the bottom strong confident leaders take ownership and make sure everyone know they have it. Small leaders hide and run away from owning the issue, only wanting to come out when things are going well.
There’s also the sharks who you think take ownership and been the leader you want, only to find them biting your legs off.
