Hello, I am Joshua P. Warren, and this is a special report, primarily for those of you who purchased a ticket to my conference, Finding Your Magic 2, that was originally scheduled to be held in May of 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada. I've got an update for you. If you did not buy a ticket to that event, then you may just want to skip this podcast. This probably won't be that interesting for you. But I'm recording this on December 17th, 2020. And I know in a parallel universe, we are just dwelling on these fond memories of this wonderful event that we had. But in this present timeline, that event is in the future. But let me tell you, we are still going to do it. Here's the situation. So when I planned Finding Your Magic 2 for 2020, I actually did tell everybody that it was going to be my last in-person conference. And one of the reasons is it's just, you know, uh very, very complicated to put together a big event like that. And it's time consuming, and uh my time is uh becoming more and more limited. But I think I also kind of had a had a sense that like something big was going to change in the world that was going to make everything more complex. And unfortunately, you know, the all this COVID stuff hit in March and uh like the shutdowns and the lockdowns and all that, and the event was scheduled for May, so the the state of the world beat me to it by a couple of months. But I told you I was going to do this event, and let me explain to you the situation because indeed the event Finding Your Magic 2, the last conference I am ever producing in person, is going to be in 2021 and it will be in the coming months. So, just to clarify some things for you. I had set up Finding Your Magic at one of my favorite places in all of Las Vegas called the Millennium Fandom Bar. And if you've bought a ticket, you already know why Millennium Fandom is such a cool place. I don't need to go over that. However, bars have been hit harder than anybody due to the COVID-19 situation. Those were the first things to get closed down, not just in Vegas, but you know, all over the country, all over the world, I presume. And I had already paid Millennium Fandom for use of their venue. A lot of money. Okay, a lot of money. And so that was pretty much a done deal. And so I was happy with the whole setup, and then when this thing hit and they they shut the bars down in March of 2020, that was uh the end of our access to that place. It is still not open. Now, currently in Las Vegas, yeah, I just last night I went to an Applebee's, sat down at the bar, had you know a nice meal, drinks. Uh I just recently went to see Carrot Top uh live in the theater. So there are there are you know things that open up and then they close down, they open up and they close down. You know, it's the same way everywhere. But the bars are the ones that are just consistently not being opened uh all over the world. They say, Oh, you don't need to go to a bar, screw you, right? But you can go to a restaurant, which is just a bar with food. So I don't want to keep you hanging forever, and therefore I've decided that I'm going to hold Finding Your Magic 2 in May of 2021. Now it is possible that I would do it sometime in April, but doubtful. I like May. May is a great month. Uh every time I uh produce something in May, it the weather's nice and it just seems to be like, you know, a beautiful um a beautiful mirroring of spring. And April is such a wacky, weird, unpredictable time. I think I'm gonna shy away from from planning anything in April. So I'm thinking May of 2021. Here's what I can tell you. Um Millennium Fandom still doesn't know when they are going to be able to open. It's sort of at the whim of the governor and all that business. So I'm going to be having a meeting with them soon and figuring out what sort of the latest plan is for their property. And if we can if we can do it there, then fine. Uh great. You know, we will work out a way to do it there if possible, if legal, if everything's kosher. But if we can't do it there, then I have other options. I have backup plans, I have restaurants, and I have outdoor venues that I can use. And, you know, I'm a very sensitive man, and I don't like being too hot or too cold or any of that stuff. So trust me, if I say outdoors, I mean a very comfortable outdoor scenario. Um, and also I am maybe gonna have to let you know, sort of at the last minute, what the plan is because you know things are changing day by day right now. But one of the things that's actually very helpful is when I was selling tickets for this event, I sold a lot of tickets to people in countries outside of the United States. So we had a lot of people coming from other countries, and that was extremely uh exciting. It's always fun to meet people from other countries and get their perspective and point of view and so on and so forth, but pretty much all of them have had to cancel. It's just too unpredictable and too much of a pain to try to travel here from another country. So again, I don't I can't remember if there's one person who was going to come here from another country that's going to come. So, what that means is the size of our group has shrunk down quite a bit. So, and I have not continued to sell any tickets. So, what that means is this actually is gonna work out better for us under these circumstances. It's going to be a much smaller, more intimate group, and it's not going to be some big crowd of people, you know. So, um it's a much smaller, more manageable size for an event like this. And also, it's kind of cool to be doing an event that sort of focuses on psychic ability because there's not a lot of physical interaction there. That's what telekinesis is for, right? But this event, you know, it's it's hosted by me. I'm gonna be presenting there. Dr. Mulder will be there, Carville the Alien will be there. We're gonna have Nick Weird there, you're gonna see the creepy Vegas show. You're gonna get all the stuff that was promised to you, but now even some more stuff, some extra stuff, some things that are going to have even more impact because of what you have experienced so far this year and the sort of mind change that the transformation that you've gone through this year. So, in a nutshell, right now I am telling you that um I'm going to be giving you a definitive announcement in January, that's next month, 2021. But it's not going to be made public. Uh, I'm not gonna publicize any more information about this. I'll be contacting each and every one of you who bought a ticket directly. So our correspondence will be uh private, and and one of the reasons is um I I really want to make sure that there's no misinformation out there. So if you don't hear something directly from you know from me, directly to you, uh you you can ignore it. So I'm not gonna be mentioning this in public anymore. And I'll be telling you in January, here's the date, and here's the general setup, here is the expected location, and it will be in the Las Vegas area, but that may change at the last minute. And if so, I will let you know and I'll work with you if there's a transportation issue or anything like that. One of the things you may not realize though is that Las Vegas is actually a very small town. You can get just about anywhere you want in Las Vegas in 30 minutes. So I'm not selling any more tickets. However, if you are listening to me right now and you just have this burning desire in your heart to be there for the the my very last conference here that we're gonna do in May in Las Vegas, um, feel free to email me and let me know, and I will put you on a list of people that I can contact if things change, if something opens up, if there's a possible way to get you into the event. And if I have to switch it up, then I'm who knows, I might be texting you the night before the event and telling you we're doing it here now. But that's fine, I'm flexible, and uh I have a lot of resources, I have a lot of great friends, and there are a lot of wonderful places to entertain and to do it properly, to do it safely, to make sure that everybody feels comfortable, and I want you to have as much time as possible for you to be able to know in advance so that you can take off time from work and get your plane tickets and get your hotel reservation, etc. etc. And actually, I tell you what, you know what? Uh this you're actually gonna save money, I would say, because of this, because prices for hotels and airplane tickets, all that stuff have gone way down. So you this may actually end up being a much more affordable experience for you than it would have been before. So make sure if I do not have if you if you bought a ticket, if I do not have your updated email address, email that to me because from here on out you are going to be hearing from me directly and privately, and that's it. But mark it down. I'm thinking right now, May of 2021 here on Las Vegas, and next month in January of 2021, I'll be sending you the details. We're gonna make this happen, though. And it's gonna be interesting. Worth the wait. All right, there's your update.
