Inner Clarity As The Real Compass

far if you've not done the inner work of knowing your own. I've watched this happen with clients and I've lived it myself. You see someone doing work you admire, and it's so very tempting to model your business after theirs. The offer, the delivery, the whole shape of it. And then you get there, you build the thing, and you feel completely unfulfilled because you skipped the one step that actually matters the most. And that is getting clear on what you were personally brought here to do and the way you work best in the world. Growth asks you to look within first. That is the whole compass. You have to know your own clarity before you can build anything that holds truly.

Human Design And The Vision Map

And one of the tools that has opened this up for me lately is human design. And lately, what I mean by that is like the last decade. I did not expect to love it as much as I do, but looking at my own design has given me language for the way that I naturally operate. And it's also made a real difference in how I built.
