The term familiar spirits signifies and identifies functions of many different spirits. They are spirits that are familiar with organizations, nationalities, families, individuals, objects, places, and things. For example, a Lying Spirit that comes down the generation line can be identified as a familiar spirit. An Unclean Spirit that exhibits itself from one generation to another could be identified as a familiar spirit.
