Chelsea admits that she won't be able to do it on her own without virtual assistants. Not having all of the necessary skills to complete all of the tasks, as well as dealing with the daunting work and emotions from running a company can drain all of your energy. She reminded herself that finding people that suits your company and forming a team with them is critical to having a quality production and a well-done job.
