Occasionally, people say, are we really in the last days? How do we know? Does it matter one way or another? We will try to answer these questions and many others in this study. But the most important question may be, how can we reach others with hope in these changing times? One part of prophecy is often emphasized over another, causing us to lose perspective and miss the blessing and beauty of prophecy in scripture. I have taken the information in this study from many authors and teachers who have their lives studying God's word. I have added some insight that the Holy Spirit taught me. With God's help, I have endeavored to keep the whole counsel of the word of God in full view to give us an accurate picture of Christ and His great love for a lost world. I pray that this will challenge you and cause you to grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, as it has me preparing it. Let's begin!

No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper
The world teeters on the edge as Israel prepares for conflict with Iran, and American forces withdraw from potential danger zones across the Middle East. But beyond the headlines lies a spiritual reality we cannot afford to ignore.
When Hamas terrorists murdered eight Palestinian humanitarian workers for distributing food aid in Gaza, they revealed the dark spiritual forces driving global conflicts. These aren't merely political disagreements—they stem from ancient spiritual battles. As believers, our perspective must transcend news cycles to recognize the spiritual warfare unfolding around us.
Though evil appears ascendant, God's promises remain unshakable. "No weapon formed against you shall prosper" isn't just a comforting verse—it's a divine guarantee. Like ancient Israel who couldn't be cursed by Balaam despite enemies' intentions, believers today stand under spiritual protection that no darkness can penetrate. Jerusalem has indeed become "a cup of trembling" for the nations exactly as Zechariah prophesied, with world powers increasingly fixated on this small nation.
America's unique position as the last major obstacle to complete globalism explains the intense spiritual assault on its foundations. The immigration crisis, social upheaval, and persecution of religious speech represent strategic attempts to neutralize Christianity's influence. Yet amid growing darkness, revival is stirring—particularly among young people across the UK and Europe.
God always works on dual tracks: as darkness increases, so does light. Our challenge isn't to escape difficulty but to stand firm within it. "Having done all, stand," Paul instructs. We're called not to comfort but to courage—to be salt and light precisely when darkness seems overwhelming. This moment demands our witness, our discomfort, our faith.
What if these aren't just difficult times to endure but our divine appointment? What if this is exactly where God positioned us to shine brightest? The path ahead may grow challenging, but take heart—our King is coming.

At the time of this podcast, Israel is getting ready for war against Iran. President Trump has issued orders to pull back all the unnecessary people out of harm's way in Iraq and throughout the Middle East. Something is brewing for sure, but what I would like to discuss today has far-reaching implications. As always, we concentrate on the spiritual what's behind the scenes. Why are these things happening? What is going on around us? What are we reading? What are we seeing with our eyes? What reports have come in that maybe have made our heads spin or put us in fear or anxiety? Jesus told his disciples just before his crucifixion that the ruler of this world is coming, but Jesus said he has no hold on me and he's coming. So the world would know that I love the Father and he loves me. Talking about his crucifixion, the people of this world, the religious leaders and the Romans were going to follow Satan and his plan to crucify him, but of course that plan was God's plan, not Lucifer's plan, and although hate builds up all around us, god is still the one who pulls the strings. He makes it happen.

With everything that's going on today the riots in Los Angeles and all the threats now that are coming from Iran, threats that Iran is saying they're going to attack the United States in every opportunity they can. We look to Gaza today and see volunteers giving out millions of meals. At least eight Palestinians who worked for the US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation were killed in an ambush on Thursday by Hamas because they were giving out food and they were taking power away from Hamas, which they held over the people. We're dealing with satanic things here and if we don't perceive that, we don't see that, then we don't understand what's going on in our world. People who are sold out to the enemy, people who hate so much that they kidnap, torture, and kill other people, are inspired by and driven by the darkness of this world. With all these threats, Iran threatening Israel, Israel losing support from Europe, people here in the United States demonstrating against them, it seems like the devil is winning.

But once we commit our lives to Christ, we are protected by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Does that mean nothing happens to us? Of course not, but our spiritual souls, our eternal life, are protected by Jesus Christ. If you're familiar with the story in Numbers where the seer Balaam is paid to come and curse Israel by Israel's enemy, and he gets there and he can't. Every time he goes to do so, he ends up blessing them. We see that in Numbers 23:23, where the scripture says there is no divination against Jacob, no evil omens against Israel. It will now be said of Jacob and of Israel, see what God has done. So, although the enemy has plans, evil plans for Israel, and likes to devise evil plans against you and me, there is no divination. There is no dark spell that can come over us. We are protected spiritually. God has covered us in his precious blood and by the power of his Holy Spirit, and we need not to walk in fear but in courage, like the Lord said to Joshua be of good courage, for I'm going to strengthen you, I'm going to be with you, and that goes for us.

A scripture that you may know quite well is Isaiah 54:17. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from me, says the Lord. Isn't that great? God's promise is because of him, our protection is because of him, our righteousness is because of him. So it's not us, we don't have to worry. It's God's promise to you and I. It's also God's promise to Israel. It's his decision, it's his strength. We need to trust in him, each one who loves the Lord. And it goes beyond that to this promise in Numbers about Israel.

Once Israel came back as a nation in 1948. They're not going to be dispersed again. God has planted them there, and anyone who wants to come and attack them and cause trouble. He said I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling for the whole world. Let's take a look at that scripture in Zechariah, chapter 12. Let's pick it up in verse 1. Thus declares the Lord who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him. Behold, I'm about to make Jerusalem a cup of staggering to all the surrounding peoples. The siege of Jerusalem will be against Judah. On that day, I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. The complete fulfillment of this scripture will be at the battle of Armageddon, when Jesus comes to save his people.

But it is obvious that as soon as Israel became a nation, that scripture became relevant. And that's what's happened. Now Iran is threatening Israel, the European Union is backing off of Israel, blaming them for all of this. Riots in the United States, demonstrations holding Hamas flags, all the things we've seen over the last few months. That's a dangerous place to stand, because God will protect Israel.

God has plans for Israel. He's going to come back to Israel, he's going to land on the Mount of Olives, he's going to redeem Israel, and the bride of Christ in Israel are going to rule and reign during the millennial reign of Christ, those thousand years and beyond into eternity. That's the plan he has for you and me. I just want to encourage you today, no matter what you're going through and if you feel you're being oppressed by the evil one and by the circumstances around you, make sure you're reading the word, make sure you're praying, because we, as warriors, cannot be without our armor and our sword. When Jesus comes back, he's going to destroy all his enemies by the sword that comes from his mouth. What is that his spoken word? That needs to be in us. That is what we need to have against the enemy, and it will also enable us to reach people, tear down strongholds, and steal the souls that the devil has stolen.

Here's another thing I want to bring up and I want you to understand why all the borders opened up? Why are we flooded with illegal immigrants, many of which mean our demise? Interesting fact that I saw on CNN. I peruse all the media outlets to see what they're saying. It's part of what I do all day long. The polls seem to indicate that the immigrants that have come into this country of course, that's a weird word, because we're all immigrants that have come to this country. Those who have entered this country legally and want to become Americans and want to grab a hold of the brass ring, they want a better life. The poll shows that they are with Trump. They do not want the illegal aliens here. Why? Because where they're landing is in their neighborhoods. They're not going to Beverly Hills and all the rich places in this country. They're hanging out looking for shelter with other immigrants. But people that have worked hard, people that have become Americans. They're not raising flags of Venezuela and Mexico and other nations. They're raising the American flag.

Why do I bring that up? Because we need to know that America is the only thing standing in the way of globalism. We're it, the European Union, England, and all that. They're ready to jump into anything at any time. They've proven that in the past. The United States is a country that stands alone. We've had no problem taking in people for 250 years. That's what America is. It's a melting pot of all kinds of people, but all people, despite their differences, want to make it work for themselves and their families.

I bring that up because the devil hates America, hates us. We're the only thing standing in the way of complete globalism. And why is that important? Because that's the stair step of the Antichrist and what the devil wants to do. That's his plan to prepare the way for his son. The Antichrist is his son. It's the satanic trilogy: Satan, Antichrist, False Prophet. So why wouldn't the rest of the world be against us and the things that we want to do? They do not want the United States to stay the way it is. We are a threat. What makes us a threat is Christianity. The US has had lots of problems. We all know it. But if we concentrate on that, we'll miss the benefits of this country and the people who have died. So you and I could do what we're doing today. My point is that we're in the way, folks, and that's what Jesus wants us to be. He said occupy till I come, stand in the way, stand tall, stand strong, in the middle of this stream, this torrent of water that is just rushing by us with our arms outstretched, grabbing onto those who do not realize that down the stream there's a terrible waterfall that would end in their destruction.

What is Paul telling us in Ephesians? Yes, many of us can probably recite the armor of God, but what's he say at the end? That's the most important part of all. He said having done all, stand. Therefore, without the stand part, the other is almost useless. Being dressed for war and staying home is not helping anybody but being dressed in the armor of God and standing. That's where you're going to bear fruit.

Jesus called Satan the prince of power of the air and the prince of this world because the people of this world would rather choose him than Jesus. But you and I are the salt and the light. You've heard us a million times, but we need to hear it daily. We are salt and the light. You've heard us a million times, but we need to hear it daily. I'd like to end with this. Some things will transpire that will make it very difficult in the coming months and years. This is our moment. This is our time. This is not going to go away. We'd all like to stick our head in the sand and pretend it's not happening, but it is happening. God is calling you and I to make ourselves a little uncomfortable for the benefit of others and the kingdom of God, me included. I'd like to thank you all for your support. It means a lot. Did you know they arrest 12,000 people every year for social media posts? Think about that. People over there are fed up with their government taking the side of illegal immigrants over the populace. How about this story? The Times highlighted a case where these two people, mother and father, were arrested after raising concerns in a private parents’ WhatsApp group about the hiring process of their daughter's school. Six uniformed officers arrived at their home, detained them in front of their youngest child and took them to the police station. The couple was questioned on suspicion of harassment, malicious communications and causing a nuisance on school property. After the school alleged that they had cast aspersions about the chair of governors, they were fingerprinted, searched, and locked in a cell for eight hours. The husband said it was hard to shake off the sense that I was living in a police state. As it turned out, the post had no offensive language or threats. It was just simply sarcastic.

Well, if that happened in America, I think we'd have about what do you say? 40, 50 million people behind bars? Today, the human race has lost its way. And if you don't think this is just the tip of the iceberg of what will be happening worldwide in just a few short years. You're kidding yourself. That's why when I say the United States is the only country standing in the way of complete globalism and if the far left has their way, they will control everything that you and I do, it's almost there now. We have to admit it, Just like when the devil thought he had it all under control when he was inciting the religious leaders and the Romans to crucify Christ. It was all God's plan. So, even though all this is going on, if we are going to be a faithful and true witness, it doesn't matter where the people are from and who they are. They need to know about Jesus.

But be encouraged, those of you in the UK. Church attendance in England and Wales has increased recently, particularly among younger generations. The Survey of Bible Society, the Quiet Revival, they're calling it a significant surge, especially among 18 to 24-year-olds. God is on the move and hopefully it's not just church that are getting a relationship with Jesus Christ. It's happening in Ireland, Scotland, all over Europe. God is reaching out, just as we discussed in the last podcast. It's the two rails of prophecy. Don't get hung up in the evil only or the good only.
