  1. Let go of your negative thoughts about yourself
  2. Develop practices daily of gratitude and appreciation for your body

  1. Exercise every day / Log your food
  2. Look at YOURSELF everyday
  3. Talk to yourself with kindness and love only

How to stay motivated

  1. Drink water
  2. Move my body / strength train
  3. Start the day off strong
  4. Have accountability coaches
