Seeing, identifying and understanding that you actually have options is part of two of the tenets of Intentional Optimism. If anything has been made clear to me through the last two guests on this podcast, it’s that the type, volume and availability of options is much greater than I realized.
Tackle Mindsets:
- You need a steady paycheck & benefits
- A job is secure
- You’ve invested too much time, or money into a career or profession
Develop an Exit Strategy - it should include at least these areas:
- Finances
- New Business Options and Requirements
- Close Relationships or Community
- How soon can you begin
Questions to ask yourself:
- What IS your passion? Have you really thought about it?
- What ARE your skills?
- What ARE your strengths?
- What is your biggest complaint? How can you turn that into your biggest motivation?
