He’s an internationally acclaimed percussionist, composer, educator, author, and multimedia artist whose work explores the intersection of rhythm, culture, technology, and the human connection. Described by The Washington Post as "a musical wizard" and "a multi-instrumental genius," he’s built a career that spans jazz, world music, theater, silent film, contemporary performance, education, and immersive sound experiences. 

A former U.S. Department of State Cultural Envoy, Tom has performed and taught throughout the Middle East, Asia, Europe, New Zealand, and the United States, using music as a universal language that bridges cultures and communities.
