SPEAKER_00Hello, and thank you for tuning in to the Wolfchild Magic Podcast. My name is Ashley, your tarot reader, Rocky Mountain Witch, and overall Wolfchild. I thank you for being here with me today. This episode is going to be a continuation into the tarot deep dives, and for this episode, we are looking, as the title indicates, at the Ace of Pentacles. Maybe my personal favorite ace. I don't know if I could really have one, but this is a beautiful card, as we will get into. And I've said this in the past, but I will say it again for anyone new that is here on my platform. First of all, welcome. My goal with the tarot deep dives is to take your hand and go on a sense of discovery with me. We're going to be going deeply into what this card represents, the way that I read this card. We're going to be looking at the symbolism in the imagery, and we're going to be looking at the shadow, which means that when this episode is over, there is an accompanying blog post that is linked in the show notes. My goal is that you have a better connection to this card, a better way to intuitively read this card, that when this card comes forward, you don't have to immediately reach for a guidebook or for an external resource. I want you to trust trust yourself. And yes, I am an external resource, but after this, I hope that I have given you a foundation or at least a helping hand that builds up your own intuitive understanding of this card and every card in the tarot. But before we get into this episode, let's do some housekeeping. The first is the call to action, of course. If you like this episode, if you have listened to me before, you like the content I give, please rate this podcast. I have six ratings on Spotify. I would like to see if I can maybe get that to 10, maybe. Let's see if we can just bump this up even just a little bit because that is the best way for this podcast to grow. Events that I have coming up on the 16th, I have New Moon, which I do out of my house. If you are in the foothills area of Colorado and you are looking for a supportive space to engage in your witchcraft, then please reach out. I'm obviously not gonna be blasting my address here. But if you're in the area, let me know. You can always email me at wolfchildmagic at gmail.com. The following Saturday, the 23rd, is Goth Knight at Rocky Mountain Punk, one of the most exciting and busiest events that they host all year. And Goth Knight is so much fun. I will be in the Wolf Den reading tarot. So come on by again if you are in the Denver Foothills area and enjoy Goth Knight with us. It's such a good time. Finally, is Wolf Pack out of my house one more time. It is a place where we really kind of put some of the modalities that we discuss at New Moon into action. It's not really coven-based. It's a little bit coven-based, as in like we do do spells together, but there's no initiation, there's no huge hierarchy ranking, things like that. It's just a space for us to come together and explore, do, and support each other in our own personal practice and use our personal practice, elevate that into a collective one on this day. And then finally, on the 31st of this month, I'm a busy girl, y'all. On the 31st is the next full moon. But because we did the full flower moon ritual for Bell Tane, I'm not gonna be doing a full ritual like that. What I will be doing, I think, is maybe something like live, something where you, and I'm gonna be opening this up to all tiers, including freeze. So this is a really exciting thing that I'm doing. I'm very excited. Again, I think it's gonna be live, and then people can ask questions, we can pull cards, we can use the pendulum, we can talk about runes, it's we can do a QA. It's just gonna be kind of a way to celebrate the full moon in a very casual way. So I'm in the works of creating that. So again, those are all the events that I have. If you are interested in any of those, especially the ones out of my house, please email me. I can give you more information. And Goth Knight is at Rocky Mountain Punk on the 23rd of this month. The full moon ritual on the 31st will be done via Patreon again at all tiers, including free. That is the housekeeping. Let's now discuss in depth the Ace of Pentacles, how to read it, how to work with it when it comes forward for you. One of the first things that I'm just gonna highlight here, and I'm gonna highlight it whenever we do a pentacles deep dive, is that for me personally, while the pentacles can speak to financial gain or material prosperity, it doesn't always have to be. And so much information still is given that when any pentacle comes forward, it speaks to money. I reject this narrative, I think it's very capitalistic, but more than that, it takes away so much power that we hold within in the spaces that we take up in our world. Because the pentacles is rooted in the element of earth, it can include things like physical abundance, material money, of course, but it doesn't have to. When we look at the earth element, how we show up in the element of earth, how we work with the element of earth is through our physical means. This is through using our bodies, our voices, and translating our emotions and our thoughts through our actions, through the spaces we take up to live in alignment with our soul truth. So to me, the pentacles below the physical world as in jobs, money, finances, or health, it speaks to how are we living in alignment with our soul's truth? Are we living in connection to our wild purpose? If not, what can we do to recalibrate? What can we do to align our actions to our internal truth? That is the way that I read these cards. So um, while some people may say, no, Ash, it has to be money, it to me personally, it really doesn't. And that's just the way that I have learned that makes the most sense. It's the way that I think honors our wild spirits in physical worlds, especially modern worlds. I can't tell you how many times in my own personal life I just wish, and I know we all feel this way, where just money just wasn't a thing, and of course it is, so we have to include it in some ways and in some places into our readings, but it's not rooted in that. The pentacles are not rooted in money, so let's just put this narrative to bed once and for all. From the previous deep dive, which was the Ace of Cups, we learned that the Aces at the numerology of one represents initiation, opportunity, new beginnings or potentials, powerful independence. The aces are the seeds of the tarot. They represent the power within that emerges when placed in a setting that allows us to thrive, grow, and strengthen ourselves. Just like we talked about with the Ace of Cups, that meant that there was this initiation into the heart, into intuition, into connection with the cups being placed in the element of water. Now we are initiating a new thing, a new beginning, planting of a seed here, but it's again within our physical world. With this ace, as we will see, it is our most active or external ace. Much of the time, the aces don't require a lot of external action. Sometimes it's just kind of awakening to this initiation, this new beginning, kind of being becoming aware of this new beginning, and that's all we have to do with an ace. The ace of pentacles, as we will see, can be that, but it is often our most active or external ace. With the ace of pentacles, there's something that is being dropped into our physical world, into reality, and we're gonna take it, we're gonna do something with it. There's this new beginning within our physical world. Maybe that is taking a new step towards a journey, a chapter in our life. Maybe it is an action that creates a new paradigm. It doesn't have to be like huge life-changing, you know, you quit your job and you move across the country. It could literally be even a very small thing in your physical world. Whatever the seed is for you though, the ace of pentacles represents this setting off and starting off on this new road, on this new journey. And we'll see that with the symbolism, again, the blog post is listed for you to go and look at the pentacle ace of pentacles from across my decks. I didn't include all of them, it's getting a little cumbersome now. So we get a few. I give you a few, but not all of them. So the ace of pentacles again represents this starting off, setting out on this new physical journey, this new physical manifestation, this part in our life that is gonna help us grow and evolve. If we were to look at this in a different way, we could say that the ace of pentacles equates to one of earth because ace equals one, pentacles equals the earth element. So the numerology and elemental association immediately speak to something new within the physical world. And like I said, it doesn't have to be big, it can be something small and simple. It simply needs to be something that you initiate into your physical world because you want this to be in there. There is something inside of you that wants this or needs this new initiation, this new beginning. You need or want this seed to grow and bloom in your physical world. This brings me to the first way that I read this card. And the first way that I read this card is that the Ace of Pentacles speaks to heeding what is calling within you to be brought into being. And I forgot to mention this at the top, but you can purchase my tarot key down below. It's a downloadable PDF and it has key phrases and keywords for each of the 78 cards if you like the way I read tarot. But I believe that the first way or the first imitation that we get with the Ace of Pentacles is what is something within you? Again, this might be a need and might be a want, but how do we heed that calling within and bring it forward into being? And the Ace of Pentacles is a new beginning, but it isn't some frantic, chaotic, or out-of-the-blue just frenzy thing. And it shouldn't be. It should be something that is calling on you. It should be something that within your intuition, within your body, you know that your life needs this, you want this because it's gonna elevate your emotions, it's gonna elevate your living, whatever it is. And even if it stems from shadow, pain, or hardship, it should be something you desire to be made or know that it needs to come forward. It should be something that you feel in your heart, your bones, and within your spirit, and you are heeding that call by doing something physical that helps it start to manifest into shape again in your physical world. To give you an example of how this kind of showed up for me in my own personal life, because it's just me sitting here in my office. 2024 was obviously the hardest year of my life because I lost and into the beginning of 2025, I lost three of my cats in eight months. You guys know this if you've listened for any length of time, and I was really struggling. I was grieving, I was so angry, I had a very whime type of mentality. Coupled that in 2025 with the administration and with the shithole of this administration and the, you know, just despicable, deplorable things that they are doing and that they have been doing. It was a really hard time for me. And I was doing certain things that were not helping me. I was s uh staying up late, waking up very late. I was lashing out at Grizzly at times when he really didn't deserve that. Not that anyone really ever deserves to be lashed out at, especially the ones you love the most, but I would just immediately just be in an angry position over things that were just a general disagreement between me and him. Kind of in 2025, I thought to myself, maybe I need some help. Maybe I need some outside help because I can talk to people, I can do certain things, but I think maybe I need one, some tools and some resources, but I also think I just need someone objective to just hold space for me. I kind of went back and forth of I'm gonna be okay, I'm gonna be fine, to I really think I need this. And deep in my intuition, I knew I needed this for a lot longer than I acted on it. I finally in 2026 was like, I can't deny this anymore. There is this calling within me that I need some outside help, I need some outside resources, and I'm not saying this in any way for any sort of pity party. I'm saying it that our body knows within when something needs to change in our physical world. And that can often stem from pain, hardship, shadow points in our lives that we don't want to ever go back to. This is why I don't believe, and I'm gonna kind of keep going back to this in this unlearning of the pentacles just equals money. It's more about how we can start to live in alignment with our internal needs or our internal wants. And my internal need at that time was I need help. I need help. And I wasn't really, again, listening to it, and asking for help is just hard. You know, saying yes to counseling is not the easiest thing because you're admitting to yourself that you need this outside help, and that can be very hard to do. So for me, saying yes and finally, like, okay, I need to find someone, the ace of pentacles showed up when I finally agreed to start looking for a counselor. I've now been going for a few months, and it's been very helpful for me in so many ways because I'm not only getting the tools and the resources, but I'm getting someone who sees me. They see me in the sessions where I'm happy, they see me in the sessions where I'm sad, and that makes me feel so much better. So the Ace of Pentacles doesn't mean just a new financial endeavor, a new job. It can be that the rest of your life is great, but there's this one thing that we just need to change, we need to do differently. It needs a new action, it needs new presence, it needs a new shape in our physical world, and when we heed on that call, that is when the ace of pentacles says now we're in the process of manifesting this into shape and again into our physical world. The beautiful part of that too is that once we initiate with the ace of pentacles, it starts to organically open this new road for us because we have started the process of doing with the ace of pentacles. So now for me, it has changed the way I look at certain things, it has changed how much I hold to boundaries, to peace of mind. Again, it's given me tools and resources, it's opened up a lot of conversations with Grizzly. And when we heed that call within with the Ace of Pentacles, it starts to open the road for us. It's kind of like it's been there waiting, and because we're now walking on this path, other things start to snowball and it starts to take shape even more, and that is what leads us through the ace to the 10. You know, we start to move on this journey and it starts to organically change other things in our life because we're living in a little bit more alignment now. The next way that I read the Ace of Pentacles is that it speaks to the beginning of a chapter in your evolution. Moments in our lives start to push us forward, like me with the counseling. Moments in our lives start to push us forward into new ways of embodying our wild spirit. And when we heed that call, the first way that I read the Ace of Pentacles, when we heed that and we start to do the act of doing, of changing things, of aligning, of manifesting, we may not be able to see or feel in the moment because we've just we've just begun, but once we get to the ten of pentacles, then we get hindsight, then we get perspective, and that hindsight allows us to see how far we've come, how much we have grown and evolved, how much stronger we are, and all of that starts here with the ace of pentacles. This is the beginning, this is the first step on the journey towards something bigger than us, towards something that's gonna be better for us in the long run. And sure, we might step off the path, we might fall away at certain points, as we'll get into with the rest of the pentacles deep dives. But as long as we try our best and we incorporate this beginning with things that we love, need, desire, and want in our physical world, but the process of evolution is already starting when we choose it. And when we choose it, that work is already part of the battle, has been won, right? The work is already starting to move forward. And we can see that sometimes these opportunities may not last long, or like me, we might just be white-knuckling it and just trying to keep doing things the same old way we've been doing them. But once we start to heed that call and say yes to the beginning of this new chapter, we start to recognize that the choice to take the most of this opportunity here and now maybe becomes a little bit easier. And one of the most radical and beautiful things about this card is that it shows us the power we hold to co-create with the universe, when we start to do small, simple actions towards what we want and need, and we incorporate in a love for our life, a love for our partner, a love for what we want in this world, what we need, what we desire. When we start to say yes to that and we do the work of the beginning with the Ace of Pentacles, we are using our power in the most sacred of ways because we're showing up and we're bringing the presence. And most importantly, we're bringing the willingness to experience our own choices and actions, learning as we go. It's not going to be perfect, but this is where and how we grow and evolve. This is where the change flips, this is where the narrative starts to become nuanced and layered. And again, as we get to the 10, we get that hindsight, but it all starts here. The last way that I read the Ace of Pentacles is that it speaks to the bridge of what is here and now giving way to manifestations down the road. We're not gonna see the result of our actions right now because this is just the beginning. The manifestations that we are heeding aren't here yet. We have merely engaged in the first step of the process. We're dipping our toe in, or it's that first step. Uh, we will see the manifestations happen. Like I said, when we get to the Ten of Pentacles, but here we're coming up to the bridge of our growth, of our evolution, and this new chapter in our lives. We're initiating here, we're crossing the threshold, moving up to the bridge, and beginning this next phase in our life. Some ways to help that is to really honor the beginner's mind. This is something that we don't get often very much anymore, and partially that's because we're so inundated with the voices of others. You know what I mean? In fact, I mentioned this in the full moon ritual. Side note, if you would like to become an alpha and be in the next full moon ritual, click the link to go to Patreon. But I mentioned this in the last full moon ritual that I actually was struggling with some imposter syndrome, which is normal, it's understandable, it happens, but it got to the point where I had to actually like leave my phone away from me, like upstairs when I was in my creative space writing, doing certain stuff, because I was constantly like, well, how did someone else do it? Should I be doing it this way? I was already in the editing mind and I wasn't in the beginner mindset. I also wasn't honoring some of my greatest muses and looking to some more, I don't want to use the word. Shallow. When we look to muses on social media, there's nothing wrong with that. I don't want to say there's anything wrong with that. It can, however, get caught up in a popularity contest, it can get caught up in things that we don't know behind the scenes that might be aiding someone or hindering someone, and we don't have that information. Whereas if I'm sitting with a book of Sylvia Plath, I don't need the background. I need the poetry. So connecting to things that inspire you can be very helpful. Honoring the beginner's mindset by just doing. The editing will come later, the tweaking will come later, just do, just begin. Some other things that can be helpful, especially if this ace of pentacles is kind of stemming from a place of hardship, grief, or shadow, is to really lean into where you already feel supported. Because when we are initiating new changes based more out of a deep need, as in, oh, I want to paint a watercolor today, that can be very hard. That can actually be kind of triggering because we're finally accepting certain things have to change. And that doesn't have to include outside help, but making changes in our lives can be very hard. So leaning into where you already feel supported, leaning into your physical support system can also be incredibly helpful in engaging with some of this ace of pentacles work. So just to recap, the three ways that I read the Ace of Pentacles before we move on to discussing how we read or how I read the Ace of Pentacles in Shadow, the first is that it is that heating uh what is calling within you to be brought into being. You feel and know this in your bones, in your intuition. It is a story that is already within you, and it just needs to be a physical narrative in your life. And it may be a very physical story, that's wonderful, but it's more like this narrative needs to be a narrative that is now a part of your living, waking world. It also speaks to the beginning of that beautiful evolution that comes when we heed what is calling within us to be brought into being. And the beginning of that evolution is the first step on the bridge of what is here and now, and eventually it will give way to manifestations down the road. And then we get the hindsight, we get the perspective, and we get the real manifestations as we move towards the Ten of Pentacles. Looking at the Ace of Pentacles in Shadow Now, for me this shows up as haste, frenzy, refusal, or disconnection. The pace of our initiation is not better. It doesn't show that we quote unquote care more, that we're doing more, that we're higher up than someone else if we get if we begin with the speed of a tornado. Now I say this with a little bit of an asterisk because I truly understand the excitement that comes from beginning. When the change comes and we step on the bridge, we're crossing the threshold, it's going to bring excitement because we're beginning and we're like kind of just full force, full throttle going into this, and that can be incredibly beautiful. However, it can also really uproot us, and that is where some of the problems can come in. We would do well to see where we can remain grounded to a steadier pace, leaning into things that support us, whether that's a support system of people, resources, or tools, keeping a journal of our journey, whatever it is, just finding a way to tether us into a more grounded and mindful pace is going to do wonders for us. And this narrative, I have to say, also brings in a lot of ableism. Some people are just physically not able to move at lightning speed, they're not able to move at the speed of a tornado, and that does not mean that they care less or that they're lazy. And I'm not trying to bring any sort of judgment here because again, I've been here, we've all been here, but this narrative can show up in many different ways, with like haste, frenzy that you care more. Um it can show up if you have time to lean, you have time to clean, the early bird gets the worm, or any Pinterest quote on hustling. And I even did that, and I was just like, oh my goodness. I even saw one that said, you have the same hours in a day as Beyoncé. And I was like, well, yes, I don't have an entire team of people though, that are um just available for my every whim, my every command. I wouldn't even know what to do with that. But um, when we see some quotes like this, or we see that this narrative is kind of starting to take root in this, we might want to investigate where that's coming from because it might be that we feel we have to prove something. There might be some ego stuff in here. Again, all without judgment. I say this with love. I have been here. But we might want to see where we can create some tethers that help us stay supported. You know what I mean? And I'm not saying that there isn't a place for hustling. There are absolutely times where we just need to do the work, put the energy in to match the dream. Sure, yes, of course. And that's why if we can really put the hustle in right now, but we're still grounded, that's beautiful. That's amazing, that's wonderful. It can lead to burnout, it can lead to us overstepping boundaries, it can also be rooted again in ego, and it is also just a truly capitalistic kind of ableistic narrative. Capitalism has us believing that if we aren't working ourselves to the bone, to the grave, or to the mental facility, that we simply just don't care enough. And that is fucking gross. So seeing where we can mindfully step into some of the work that we're doing, where we can create, again, some tethers to help us, that is going to be very helpful. And in fact, the Ace of Pentacles is not really about the pace at all. It's about the choice and the beginning of something new. The beginning will stay more in equilibrium, we'll be less likely to kind of get kicked off of this alignment if we choose it carefully. We bring in the support, we bring in those tethers, and we start to do things from a more mindful and place of calm joy in visualizing the initiation coming into completion, and then seeing where we can match the actions to what we are truly feeling, but in a way that serves us instead of just the chaos of a tornado, and now we have to kind of come back to the beginning and start over again. One of the other forms of shadow that I mentioned was refusal, and this is across the board for all of the aces, because when the aces come forward in a reading or in our daily poll, if you look at the writer wait image, which is why it is the top image on the blog that I'm going to use for all the aces, we literally see a hand emerging from a cloud giving us this token. It is an offering, it is a gift, it is an invitation. And sure, we could say yes or we could find a way to make it work for what we need, but refusal is just not going to be incredibly helpful here. Like with me, I knew that I needed some help and I was refusing it for a while, and nothing was really changing, and that's kind of the point of refusal, is that being in the form of shadow, I mean, is that when we're just flat out, nope, not gonna pay attention to that, gonna keep just doing the same old, same old. And maybe there is so much about the same old, same old that is incredibly beautiful, but when this card comes forward, at the very least, it is a time to consider and reflect. Could I do something different? Is this really helping me? What do I need? And am I giving myself that? When the aces come forward, I'm not saying that we just have to, you know, again, go hog and be in the haste. We just talked about that, but it is a moment to recalibrate within us. Am I living in alignment? And to just start to maybe take stock, look at some of the things that we're dealing with, beautiful or in shadow, and say, can I do something? And an ace came forward for me. Here are the ace of pentacles. So, can I do something to tweak this, to adapt it, to be a little bit more in alignment? Can I do something that will help me approach this situation, be in this moment, align to this need a little bit more? So even if we consider and reflect, we're not refusing. We don't have to just blindly say yes and jump off of the bridge, but we also want to remind ourselves that we have the power to co-create. And when an ace comes forward, it is an invitation, it is an offering, it is a gift, and we should at least consider it, if not just start putting some steps in place to do the work of that ace. Again, here the ace of pentacles is our physical actions. The last one is disconnection, and this one is so human, and that's why I said at the top, there is no judgment here. I cannot tell you what how disconnected I was when I was really in the heart of some of my grief, some of my pain. And then even when I was saying yes and starting to look at counselors and start this journey for my mental health, um, I was still disconnected. I was still, am I sure? I don't know. Is this really gonna be helpful? There was a lot of doubt, and there was a lot of just being numb. And again, that is so human because everyone is struggling with something. We're all struggling. We don't live in a world that's obviously perfect, but right now it feels harder than it should be, and there's just certain things that we have to deal with that we shouldn't have to deal with that are in place and are in our reality that just make it harder for us. And that alone can create disconnection. But here is one of the most radical things about the Ace of Pentacles. When we start to connect, even if it's not to the thing we need or that heeding the call within that we want to come forward, connecting to anything starts to open that door. Forming connections, building our support up, building our physical needs up, building our physical body up, just connecting in general. This might literally be going and touching grass, you know what I mean? It might be something very small, but the moment that we start to build some connections or we start to lean into the connections that are there, disconnection in general starts to wane. The disconnection of what we want or need to come forward into being starts to fizzle out because we're connecting in other ways, and that again helps us step into the space of this particular chapter, of this particular moment, or of this particular thing that needs to be or wants to be in our reality, you know what I mean? So if you are struggling with this, I love you, it's normal, you are not crazy, but what is something that you can do to physically feel connected? Is it connecting to um nature? Is it doing something creative just for the fucking sake of doing something creative? Is it reading a book and connecting to a story? Is it um having a conversation? Is it a cup of tea? Whatever it is, the moment that we start to build a more meaningful connection anywhere in our life, it starts to drop us in to the connection that needs to be and wants our presence to be made so that we can bring this forward into reality. Taking a look at some of the symbolism before we close out this episode. At the top, like I said, we have the writer Wade Smith image with this hand coming out of this cloud, seemingly kind of coming out of nothing, and it's holding this bright golden pentacle. And at the bottom, we see this garden that's green, there's an archway, there's a little path that goes through the archway to those blue mountains in the background. And this symbolizes kind of that bridge or that threshold of beginning. Here we see that we are ready to embark on something that is so much bigger than us. The mountains symbolize both challenge and victory. That kind of symbolizes evolution because we're going to grow, we're going to evolve, we're gonna strengthen as we go to these mountains and try to overcome them or get through them, get past them, we're gonna be changed in ways that we haven't even really thought of yet. And it's hopefully going to be for the better. In some ways, it can't really be for the worse, because even if it's a journey that's really hard, again, now we have lessons, we have hindsight, we have perspective, we have strength, physical strength of like now we know that we can endure things that we thought we couldn't. So this image so beautifully shows everything that we've been talking that we've been talking about, and it's so simple. It's one of the more simple images, and yet I think it's incredibly beautiful because it just so clearly shows that here is this opportunity to begin. Here is this opportunity for something new, and the pentacle itself is golden and bright, and that's what we want this journey to be. We want this journey to be golden and bright, and of course, it's not gonna be that all the time, but we would like to have it as much as we can, right? And so it's kind of like take take this moment, seize this moment, say yes, heed that call within, and just start to do, just start to walk through this threshold. And that is the first step, that's the first work in the journey from the ace to the ten of pentacles, is just starting here. It's like the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step that's very much on par with how to read the ace of pentacles. The next two that I want to share with you are very quick, and they are just below that image. The first one is on the left from the Astara Tarot. This is my favorite depiction of the Ace of Pentacles that I own. You will see why. It is this darling little field mouse in her just beautiful, glorious garden, and she's holding this pentacle, this coin up. And I want to read for you from the guidebook. It says, um, this ace speaks of an upcoming change for the better, which is likely related to your existing goals. The incoming windfall will be the result of your hard work and commitment. It may be time to invest even more energy into your current area of focus, as the following changes will bring new breath and prosper and prosperity to your life. Reflect on the garden in this card. There is definite cultivation, but the lushness has come organically. I just love this little card. This card sends me it is the most darling thing. Please go and look at it just to see this image. What I love here about this image, other than the fact that it is just the most darling thing ever. It looks like it came out of a children's book or a children's movie. I love seeing here this message or this symbolism through the garden of co-creation. When we think of a garden, there's so much more that we need to be in sync with that we need to start learning about. And we don't really have full control. So we need to know about when to plant certain seeds, what those different plants' needs are in terms of like sun and water. We need to check weather patterns, we need to be aware of certain, you know, pests in our area, we need to be aware of soil needs or soil microbes. We need to be aware of all these things. We could be doing everything right on our end, but a freak storm might come through. Our soil might have been too acidic and we didn't check it. You know, there's so many things with a garden here that we need to be in co-creation with. And when we start to move in this awareness of forces that are bigger than us, forces that are beyond our control, as obviously nature is, we start to learn where we need to do our work. A garden is definitely gonna take work and is beautiful work. I love when I get to go into my garden. I can't wait to start moving my plants outside, but it is work. And when we start to do the work of a garden or just the work of what we're heating the call on with the Ace of Pentacles, it reminds us that we need to lean in and do the work where we can, but we also need to be open to adapting, we need to be open to surprises, we need to be willing to be wrong, we need to be willing to learn, we need to be able and willing to do all these things, and that's part of the evolution. It's not the length of the journey or the result at the end of the road, it's the journey itself, and here we see this that this little field mouse is so connected to her garden, it's obviously beautiful, and now something new is coming in with this little coin that she's holding, and it just starts to deepen our awareness, our connection to those bigger forces even more. I love this image, it's amazing. The next depiction that I want to quickly cover is the one right next to it from the Hush Tarot. This is another image I just love. Can't get enough of it. We see this hand kind of protruding out of the earth, and then we have these pollinators, these maple seeds are falling, we have this bright white dove kind of perched on the fingers here, and in the beak is a key. I think the symbolism is pretty obvious that there's a lot of new beginnings, and the guidebook says the hand reaches from below the earth, the maple seeds sprout fresh energy and inspiration. The dove bridges the veil between the physical and the spiritual world. The key is a gift of new opportunities. This card offers clarity and direction, with the key words being new beginnings and prosperity. Again, it's just pretty obvious here. Like we have this kind of rebirth with this hand kind of coming out of the ground, the dove kind of this symbol or the symbol of spiritual, you know, purity and divinity. I just love this image so much. And that, my darling, is the episode. Please take this deep dive and apply it to your readings. I hope that it kind of helped to layer any sort of intuitive understandings that you have already built up. And of course, if there was anything that I said that didn't resonate, just take what works and leave what doesn't.
