This Episode we have New Zealand expat Matt Williams. Matt owns Bones MMA in Torquay in Victoria, he talks about how the NZ muaythai/kickboxing thriving scene in the 90s and early 2000s influenced him to take up MMA and when he moved to Australia he found a mentor in Andrew Colgrave (the Ring gym) that really ignited his passion for Muaythai culture. Matt has a funny story on how Sy got him his first commentating gig and now is a staple of the Rebellion/Roots broadcast team. He also touches on how his gym balances having Muaythai and MMA fighters under the same roof and how he manages coaching them.
