Mentoring and coaching are workplace developmental relationships that help empower individuals and sustain individual and collective growth. They are also critical in building the leaders of tomorrow while strengthening the foundation of the present team and organization. Mentoring and coaching is a learning experience that goes both ways.
For mentees, they gain a role model and a teacher to help them develop not only the skills but also the attitude and values of their workplace.
