Henry was very fortunate to grow up around horses and has been riding since a very young age. Beginning his journey with the Pony Club, Henry has competed in Dressage, Showjumping, Cross-Country and Polo.

Henry has completed various work within the equestrian industry. Including: grooming for several stable yards, S&C coaching for the armed forces equine charity and writing and reviewing equestrian academic research.

Within S&C Henry has experience working with both elite and amateur level athletes within various sports. Including; Rugby, Hockey, Basketball, Swimming, Triathlon, Lacrosse and Motorsports.

Currently, Henry is publishing a journal article on polo rider injuries and working as a sports scientist and S&C coach in professional rugby.

MSc in Strength & Conditioning - Loughborough University

BA (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science - Durham University

Diploma in Sports Development, Coaching & Fitness

Certified Personal Trainer
