Rest, Renewal and Resiliency
I'm discussing the importance of Rest, Renewal, and Resiliency in this podcast episode.  I feel that spring is the best time to refocus on healthy habits and refresh our routines in preparation for the spring and summer.

Rest:
Beyond the rest of sleep, mental rest is important.  I discuss the importance of conscious rest, including the use of Yoga and meditation.  I also discuss dietary rest.

Renewal:
Spring is the time to renew ourselves and our routine.  Those that are in recovery from serious illness in particular need to renew routines keeping in mind self care and allowing for a gentle return to normal life.

Resiliency:
Preparing  for life's challenges, anticipating change, and planning for recovery is important, especially now.  I discuss how to observe your habits, and how this is contributing to your resilient nature.
