Hi and welcome to another episode of Kuntarkis. My name is Michael Yon and this episode is Ultimate Health. So here's my first question to Kuntarkis. Where should a person begin if they want to improve their health properly? The first place they start will begin is their thoughts. When you have certain types of thoughts through your conditioning, through your life, or from your parents' genetics, you begin to grow up and think a certain way. And all of that is conditioning. It's a negative in most cases. That creates and you proceed in your life through that conditioning. And it's very hard to change it. So the first place you begin is in the changing of your thought patterns, your more positive patterns. That's really, really important. But people have to learn to understand that if you say, I want to become healthy, I've been eating all the junk food for the last 15 years, 20 years, 40 years, whatever. And I want to change. I want to be able to stretch my body and not have pain or tear or muscle or a ligament. I want to change what I eat because the food I'm eating is really making me sick. I'm losing my strength. I'm losing my thinking ability. So you have to start with your thoughts. When you change your thoughts, you change your life. And by doing that, you start to think differently in creating what you want. So that's really the first thing you need to do is change your thinking. Right. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. I mean, you heard the old saying, what you think you become, and that is actual reality. For sure. Yeah. So how important then is the mind in creating either health or illness? The beauty about the mind is pure energy. It is completely separate from the human brain. Most of us as humans, we go right throughout life with a human brain logical thinking ability. And that's what we need to understand. Most people think The mind is part of the brain, but it's not. The brain has a creative side and a logical side. The two mix and present the knowledge that is needed to say fix a problem. The mind is completely unbiased. It's pure living energy that surrounds all of you and within you. It's connected directly to your imagination and linked directly to your own soul. If you want to be healthy, you have to change your thinking. That's where it begins. By changing your thinking and believing that you can connect to your mind, you can change your health, your way of life and stop yourself from becoming ill. And if you keep becoming ill, you can also stop it, say, from 100% of being ill down to 40%. And you learn to control it. And you learn to become more healthier quickly. Right. And what are the biggest causes of poor health in modern life? Acidic acid. I bet you didn't think I was going to say that. Acidic acid. is the main cause of poor health. People will say, why? Acidic acid causes your body so many different forms of ailments. And when you continually eat certain types of food and you create this acidic acid in your body, you become lethargic. You become tired. Your joints begin to ache. You create, what do they call when your joints become really bad? Arthritis. Arthritis. You begin to create it from acidic acid. Now, people say, well, what causes acidic acid? It's the consumption of animal. Animals are murdered, bashed, electrified. However, their throat slit, they lay their bleeding to death. And then they're hoisted up. So the fear that is within the animals becomes your fears within yourself. And the acidic asset that is within the animals is created through fear. So you become part of that fear. And that's what stops you from being healthy. from being, how would you say, a proper level thinking person. And that's the sad part, but acidic acid is the cause of so many ill health. And can stress alone damage the body over time? 100%. Stress today in our society, as much as depression, has become, probably less use Australia as an example, If we have say between 27 and 28 million people in Australia, we probably have out of that 100% of those people, at least 40% who suffer really bad with depression and stress. The reason it's the way we live and the way we've been conditioned through normal society, through government's laws in creating the stress to begin with so we don't really have say the finances to live in a more balanced way because we're always stressed to know where our next dollar is going to come from. So we have to learn to understand to change our way of life is also to release depression and release stress. Now stress creates more acidity in the body, which creates ill health. I see. And how much does sleep affect healing and energy levels? If we're a very stressed person, that will create a non sleeping pattern. In other words, you'll go to bed because you're very tired and you wake up all the time. and you become angry. So when you wake up in the morning because you've had a bad night, your balance is out. Your anger is present and you create your day because of that anger. And you take that anger or that frustration out on other people, which highlights your anger a lot more because you feel guilty. Sleep is very, very important and I'm going to make a very strong suggestion to people. There are so many products on our market today that claim if you take them before you go to bed, half an hour or one hour or just before, it will make you sleep really well. What we don't realize in most situations, those medications are created from chemicals, which do harm to our body over a period of time. If we really want to have a good sleep, we have to change our attitude towards ourselves and towards others and not become so stressed and not to become so angry, especially before going to sleep. Sleep is something that you go to bed, you close your eyes and you say, I will now sleep right throughout the night in total peace, in total harmony. I have taken a product called Moringa, Moringa powder, which has been used by different nations all around the world for thousands and thousands of years. Moringa, what it does, it calms your entire nervous system. It calms your digestive system. So you actually become peaceful, restful, and you go into a deep sleep. And normally you might wake up maybe once to have a little pee pee. And then you go back to bed and you go straight back to sleep. And you say the same words. I now sleep in peace and harmony deeply repeated. And what you'll find you start to condition your body to actually sleep. And when you wake up, you say, what a beautiful day. I feel so good. I feel so healthy. I am so bright and awake. I'm going to have an absolutely beautiful day. A non stress day because I am the controller of my life. Positive words create positive actions always. So the greatest product to actually have is Moringa. My wife and I have it and it works 100%. We've been having it probably now for two years and it's really good. My wife takes it just before she goes to bed probably 20 minutes, half an hour and it totally relaxes you. I have it in the morning with my green powders and I have no issues, but I still have that beautiful peaceful sleep. It's great. And what is the best way to build a stronger immune system? It's what you eat. Now, a lot of people will say, if you want to build up your immune system, eat meat because of the contents that is within it. Okay. They say you're putting protein in. They say you're putting in fiber. The protein for a start is second hand. The fiber does not exist. Now, most people say, course it does. No. If you do your research, you'll find it doesn't. The problem is your immune system needs certain types of nutritional values to build it up and to be strong. One of the best foods that you can eat is dragon fruit, pawpaw, bananas, mandarins, even oranges. Grapefruit, grapes, all that type of fruit has all the nutrients you need to build up your natural immune system. Vegetables, purple, sorry, sorry, pumpkin. Pumpkin is one of the best for building your immune system. It has so many natural nutrients that helps your immune system. Potatoes, carrots. Carrots have so many advantages. It even helps your eyes become better, to see better. So the foods you eat is what creates you into something that is balanced or unbalanced. When you eat meat, you are unbalanced because all you're doing is putting food into your body that is a negative because of your conditioning. And you may say, well, where does my conditioning come from? It comes from your parents. Everything that they are, you have within you. and you will end up being just like them to certain degrees. Yes, you may say I want to be an individual and you may create yourself in the future to be an individual and that's brilliant. But I've known many, many, many people throughout my life and they're all the same when it comes to their level of thinking. Their parents have it from their parents and it goes way back in history. It's passed down from generation to generation to generation in how you eat. And that's the problem. When a person becomes a vegetarian or a vegan or a fruitarian, their whole level of thinking changes. It improves their immune system 100%. It improves their energy levels 100%. The cleansing may take a little while, but it will happen 100%. And are there foods that weaken the body if people eat them every day? Well, again, the biggest downfall is cow's milk, Jesus, and animal flesh. The interesting thing is I'm going to read something about this. Now, I'm working on my new book called the book of knowledge, I'm alien. And I come across a question that was asked a long time ago. And it's 137 in the book and it's called Sawyer products. Are they good or bad? So I'm going to read the question. And then I'm going to read the answer, which will take about probably five to six minutes, maybe five minutes, if that is that okay? Yeah. Okay. Now, it says recently, I have been told that soya-based products, especially soya milk, stops the absorption of calcium into the human body. Now, I think it may only be certain types of soya products. I personally believe not all soya products are negative. Is there any truth in this assumption? Also, I have been told that my body is not absorbing enough nutrients out of my foods. as I am of a very slight build and I am a vegetarian and I have a very concerned parent. Would you have a suggestion that would help me to build up my body and my muscles so I can keep more weight on? I do take spirulina and soya protein powder. I eat tofu, legumes and other soya products. Maybe I'm not eating enough as I am very active with my work. Do I have also any emotional issues that block me from being the healthier body in weight that I wish to be? And I answer it like this. I said human carnivores have always been threatened by vegetarians, especially vegans, mainly because of their self-created ignorance when it comes to being healthy. From one generation to the next, the human animal conditions their children into certain eating habits because they were conditioned by their parents. And so misguided beliefs and illusions go on and on from one generation to the next and so on. Sawyer products of any kind do not inhibit the intake of calcium into the human body. In fact, drinking too much cow's milk or consuming too much dairy causes the body to dump calcium from the bones. Cow milk does have a high level of natural calcium for human consumption. But if consumed in large amounts, it will cause the body to excrete the calcium, mainly because of its animal origin, not for human consumption. All nutrients are transported via the blood for use or storage. The body regulates nutrients in its levels via the blood and if the blood has too much calcium in it the human body in an effort will redress the balance which will begin to release it from the bones or complete removal from the human body. The same effect occurs with the consumption of dead animal flesh. Consuming animal flesh or animal products, such as dairy, creates too much acidity in the human body. And again, using the blood as the indicator of nutrient balance within the body, too much acidity in the blood causes the body to release nutrients to redress the balance, especially when it comes to animal calcium being included. On the other hand, natural calcium from soil products have been used for thousands of human years by Asian people in all those different countries. If Western medicine were to study the Asian dietary habits, it would be discovered that prior to Western dietary influences on the Asian cultures, these cultures did not suffer Diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, bowel disorder, what else was there, bowel disorder, including bowel cancer, other cancers, heart diseases, or arthritis. People of the Western world suffer many of the diseases above, with most being created from their diet. You have heard the old expression, you are what you eat. It is one of the greatest truths on this planet Earth. It is the same as saying what you think you become. If one is open-minded and if one can step beyond their self-created beliefs and conditioning, they may come to the self-realization that there is no truth in the claim that soya products stop the absorption of calcium in the human body. Soya is a miracle food and has many benefits for the human body. Many have heard the expression, oils ain't oils. So it is the same with Sawyer products. Only use Sawyer products that say whole Sawyer bean. Any Sawyer bean products that use, say a product called isolates, try and avoid them at any cost. There is lots of research on Sawyer products and on your internet, you will find the positives and the negatives. Now that is an interesting product. just call Sawyer. Sawyer beans are very high in protein. And they have also a natural laxative. So it helps the body, helps the bowels. But the different nutrients are many within Sawyer products. All you have to do is research it and you'll discover that truth for yourself. Right. And how important is clean water for overall health? Well, as you know, Michael, our water in Australia and around the world, probably about say anything from 40 to 70 years ago, the government started dumping aluminium into the waters and also fluoride. And fluoride is a toxic poison. So is aluminium. And what aluminium does, it interferes with the brain cells and also destroys them by mutation. and causes people to forget which have memory loss. Now fluoride on the other hand, that is also a toxicity nutrient, which is a negative chemical. It creates what they call an encasing, which we've said many times around the pineal gland, which stops you from growing consciously. And that's the sad part. So it's very, very important to drink clean water. Now, bottle water, that is spring water, that is also 100% positive when you drink it, but it does have a negative side effect at the same time because of the PVC, which is plastic. If they produced spring water in glass bottles, then we would have no issue when it comes to 100% clean water. So we have to be careful of that. Now, rainwater, for instance, there is so many chemicals being sprayed in the air, which causes also issues. So we have to make sure we use a proper filtering system that purifies the water and removes those chemicals. So rainwater is probably one of the best things to drink if we put it through a filtering system. But clean water, Michael, is one of the most important things for fleshing out our entire internal system. And we should drink at least anything from one and a half to two liters of water every single day, not including coffees or teas. We can have our coffees or teas after that or before that or in between, but one and a half to two liters of water every day. Very good. And what role does exercise play in long-term health? Well, if I use myself as an example, because I'm doing it all the time, I'm a full-on vegetarian, very close to being a vegan. I could call myself vegan, but every so often I might have that little bit of grated cheese that you buy, but it's very rare. But let's just say I'm a full-on vegetarian. I have been for a very, very long time, many, many, many, many years. And what I've discovered in the types of food I eat, which is probably at least 38% of natural fruits and I eat a large variety of fruits. Blueberries are a flasher. They clean out your body. They are brilliant, especially when it comes to high protein. All fruits. have natural nutrients. Man-made food has no natural nutrients. Most of it is created through a chemical system to some degree, which causes major issues with the human body. When you become a vegetarian, and doing exercise, you have to ask yourself, what form of exercise do I want to do? Now, you being an individual, you have every choice to do whatever form of exercise you choose to. But just to give you an example, I've been doing with a professional mini trampoline, probably for about close to 40 years, maybe 45 years. And I've done it a lot. And I still do it today. And yesterday I did two hours of exercise, not on the, and now we're on the trampoline and included isometrics. Now the thing about a trampoline, if you get a good one, you have to investigate, but if you get a good one, it will give you the bounce that you need. It will also allow your joints not to be affected in any way. So far, the ones that I've had throughout my life have been positive and not negative. The other good thing about it is doing isometrics. I do lots of isometrics. My arms at 75 are very strong. I did suffer a period of about five years where I stopped doing a lot of the isometrics. And I found I had little issues with my strength. So now I built that up. I built up my stretching. Stretching is very important. Don't ever overstretch. You only need to do a little bit at a time, but don't overstretch because you'll cause more problems to your joints and to your muscles and to your ligaments. So if you do a bounce, say for 15 minutes a day, And if you learn to understand how to do isometrics, or you may already know, do them at the same time. And what you'll find, you'll suddenly realize after three months, I can feel stronger. I feel more energetic. What is it? Well, if you change your diet and you become a vegetarian, you get rid of all the issues. of acidity for a start that causes so many problems in the human body. And today they are putting synthetic hormones, which is creating transgender. Now, people will say, oh, that's not true. I'm sorry, it is investigated and you'll discover it to be the truth. We are changing human society in so many ways and we are causing so many issues. So we all need to get back to being healthy, to exercising on a more regular basis. Do it every second day, say for half an hour total, then after three or four months or even five months, then increase it to 40 minutes, then 50 minutes, then an hour and put your energy into it. Put your heart into it. Put your enthusiasm into it. Put your motivation into it. And while you're doing it, say a positive affirmation. Anything like this. This feels fantastic. I am self-empowered. My body is changing for the better 100%. I am feeling good. I am now eating so much more fruit, so much more vegetables, soya beans, legumes, All of that, especially Tempeh. Tempeh is one of the highest sources of protein and iron. So you can buy it in Coles. Get the one that's been, it's been like flavoured. Yeah, they call it tasty. Sorry. They call it tasty, the Nutrisoy Tasty Tempeh. That's it, Nutrisoy Tasty. Now, it only costs you about $4.50 or $4.30. And if you take that, open it up, cut a half a piece off it, then cut it down the center into two pieces, put the rest into a container and put it in the fridge. then fry it in say, um, brand oil or nut oil, whatever you feel or olive oil, make sure it's cold pressed. And if you fry that both sides, get it sort of nice, nice and brown, then get some rollup bread, whatever you like, wholemeal, uh, plain, whatever, then put it in front of you, a piece, then slice it down the center. So you've got two halves. then put avocado on both of them. Put a little bit of tomato sauce or whatever sauce you like or black sauce, whatever. Put your tempeh onto it. And if you want to put a little bit of grated carrot or a little bit of grated beetroot, that's brilliant. And then just roll it up and eat it. And you'll love it. You say, why in the hell am I a carnivore when there is so much beautiful food around? Then you'll start to think differently. And then you'll start to say to yourself, I need to exercise more. What can I do? Can I walk on a treadmill, run on a treadmill? Can I use like a bouncer? Can I use a vibrating platform? They're all brilliant. I use the vibrating platform and it's great. It literally helps my body stretch. I use the bouncer. It's brilliant. Gives me the energy and it helps strengthen my body. The isometrics strengthen my body. The way I think is because of what I consume as food, which is full vegetarian. And I've been doing it, as I said, probably between 40 and 50 years. So I'm still alive. I'm 75 and I can run. I can exercise and I don't even find it hard to breathe. My breathing has increased 100% positive to what it was five years ago. Five years ago, I was still good. 20 years ago, I was still good. But now being so-called physical 75, the exercise constant has helped me 100%. What types of exercises are best for different ages? Well, this is something that every single individual has to ask themselves. You can do all forms of exercise. If you're young, you can play football, play tennis, play table tennis, do running, do jumping, everything, do mountain climbing. It's all good for you. There are people in their 50s and 60s who are healthy and they love mountain climbing. They love walking on a treadmill. They love running on a treadmill. It depends on you as an individual, what you really want to do. But if you're going to do an exercise, whatever it may be, try to empower yourself 100% to feel strong, and to be strong while you're doing it. Say when you're bouncing on about little mini trampoline, make sure you keep your body tight. Be aware of that. Don't slouch. If you're walking on a treadmill, don't slouch. Stand tall. Walk fast. Walk strong. Believe in yourself because we're never taught. Well, most of us, we're never taught to believe in ourselves. And if we learn to believe in ourselves, we create self-empowerment and we learn to make all our own decisions on the spot. We don't go and ask for someone to say, oh, what can I do? I can't do this. How do I do it? Now, people will help you. Yes. But eventually you learn. that you can make every single decision in your life because you've self-empowered yourself through your food and through your exercising. So it's up to you how you want to exercise, but there are many different levels of training. And how important is sunlight to human health? It's important. As long as you don't spend too many hours when the sun is at, say, 32 or 35 degrees because you'll burn very quickly. If you go down and say, do garden work, you got a lovely hat on, you've got full length pants on, full length shirt, you got gloves on. It's not an issue because you're protected. And yeah, you'll sweat, but that's good for you. And that's the beauty about doing any form of exercise, especially on a treadmill. If it's warm, you'll really sweat sweating. helps your lymphatic system function 100%. Most people's lymphatic system works around about 15 to 20% throughout their entire life. What we need to do is step up, say our exercise or the way we work and we find we'll have no issues with our lymphatic system, no clogging with our lymphatic system. So sunlight is very, very important because you are literally taking in energy. And one of the best products that you can have while you're exercising, while you're doing garden work, even in the sun doing garden work, is a mixture of water and coconut water. You can buy it in Woolworths in Coles and it's called H2. If you have a bottle that's a litre, put in say not quite half of the actual coconut water, put the rest in as normal filtered or clean spring water. And then what you can actually do is mix the two together, put it in the freezer for a bit. Then when you go out, take it with you and keep drinking it. What coconut water does, it has the most natural electrolytes. They give you and your body the energy that is required. And if you're going to have a very heavy workout, have one or two bananas before you do, say 10 or 15 minutes or a big one just by itself. Bananas will give you natural energy, 100%. Just like the electrolytes out of coconut water will give you 100% of pure energy. You'll feel it. And what effect does breathing properly have on the body? I've had a lot of people come to me over the years, especially in the past, and their breathing was really, really, really bad. Yeah, a lot of them were overweight. A lot of them, well, not a lot of them, but quite a few of them, they smoked and they ate really bad food. And that really affects your lungs. And what happens over a period of time, you start to slouch your head down, your shoulders over. You put pressure on your lungs. You start to breathe in a shallow way. which causes issues later on in your life, where you find it hard to take large amounts of air into your body, which is really important. I suffered at one point like that, not as bad, but I did probably in my 30s because I was working so much and I just didn't have the energy to train a lot. So my breathing became a little difficult. And if I did say on the treadmill, which I did at that time, probably about 20 minutes in, I was becoming heavy in my breathing. I noticed my heart was racing higher, more higher than it should be. And I realized that I had to change the way I do things. And I did. I slowed down in my work. I even took on a new job and I found it much easier. The problem is when your lungs start to go inward and the pressure's on them, and you can't take the air in that you need, it will cause you in the long run, even to have a heart attack. And it has happened with many people. So when you're exercising, try and stand tall, breathe through your nose, more air, and keep doing it every time you exercise. If you go for a walk, try to breathe in a lot of air through your nose. Don't walk around the streets like so many people do, talking on the stupid mobile phone. But that's ridiculous. You might as well not exercise because you have no thoughts on your exercise. All your thoughts are on the phone. So you're just walking and walking, but you're not doing the hardness that is needed. So try to walk around there and go faster and taking so much air so you push your lungs and your chest out. And what you'll discover in a period of about three to six months, If you continually do it, you won't get tired. You'll just keep walking and you'll feel fit. You'll keep training on a treadmill. I mean, I do an hour and 10, an hour and 15 minutes. And sometimes I, in the last two Ks, I'll do it seven to 7.5 and I'm walking so fast. Yes, it's hard, but you know, I'm breathing hard. I'm still breathing normal. I'm not puffing. And that's because I've listened to myself as I go through life. So that is a very important thing is to learn how to breathe correctly. And can meditation improve physical health as well as mental health? 100% Michael, meditation allows you to be peaceful. It allows you to sit, to lay. You can put your hands down on your legs, have palms up, take in some deep breaths, whether it's four or five or six, breathe in, hold to say four seconds and breathe it out. And keep doing that for a little period of time. And what you'll start to feel is the peacefulness and you'll start to balance yourself. So that is really, really important meditation and the more you meditate. And by the way, you only need to meditate even for one minute. You might suddenly feel really stressed in your job. Go to the toilet, sit down, put your hands together, the palms in front of you and take some nice, slow deep breaths. and say to yourself in your meditation some positive things, something like, I feel perfectly balanced. I let go of all my stress. I don't need to be stressful. My job can be stressful, but I also can overcome that. I feel perfectly balanced. I feel perfectly balanced. I feel perfectly balanced. and take in a nice deep breath and say, I now let go of all that stress. I let it go. I let it go. I let it go. Then get up and say, I feel brilliant. I feel good. Even if you don't feel 100% good, but say it because you're changing the energy feel from being half negative to more positive. And the more you say positive things, the more positive you become. So meditation is very, very important. It improves your physical health. It also improves your mental health. And what is the connection between emotions and disease? Can unresolved grief, anger or fear make a person sick? Again, I've said this a few times now, but 100%. Our emotions, we need to understand where they come from. Our emotions are self-created, be it negative or positive. And the emotions that we feel from a young child is carried through when we become an adult. carried through when become middle aged, carried through to when we're now 60s, 70s, 80s. And if we never look at those negative emotions, they also cause us ill health. Because we're feeling negative, we're being negative, and we're even thinking negative. So that's what we need to change. We need to understand emotion is mostly negative from our conditioning. And yes, emotions being negative over a period of time will create illnesses and eventually disease. And we need to learn to understand that. What causes emotion can be grief for the loss of someone we love so much. or anger that we literally had as a child and we've carried it all the way through. Through anger, we also create fear. Fear can prevent us from even opening the door and going outside or going to meet friends or going to the shops. We create fear and the longer we leave that door closed, which can be our own self or the door in our house. It creates the distance. It creates the time factor that we're no longer part of what is out there and we become fearful. So we need to make an understanding within ourselves to dissolve the grief, to dissolve the anger, to dissolve the fears that we personally have created even from the hurt child. The other thing is, It makes us sick. We wake up. We've had a bad experience through our dreams because of our emotions. So we wake up and we're feeling off. Then we say to ourselves, oh, I feel sick. Oh, I feel sick. Oh, I feel sick. When we say that, we've got to understand that everything in existence is living energy. That energy is us. And if we are negative within that energy, we create negative outcomes. If we wake up, even though we're feeling a little off, say, no, I'm fine. I feel brilliant. I feel happy. In fact, I'm having a great day. That will resolve issues. And eventually, you won't be emotional anymore. We'll become feeling beings of the heart. And when we become feeling beings of the heart, we can call ourselves a human being, not just a human animal or a human carnivore. And how important is forgiveness in healing the body? I'm very important, Michael. Self-forgiveness, yes. If we can just stand in front of a mirror and look at ourselves and we can even be half-naked, And we look at our bodies because we create emotions from how we look because of our own ego that has been self created. So many people live in ego their entire life. And that's not a good thing. It's a negative. So if we learn to self forgive ourselves by looking into a mirror and say, no, I know I have a little issue here and there. but I'm willing to forgive myself. I'm also willing to forgive my friends for their negative attitude towards me. So when we change our level of thinking through forgiveness of ourselves, that negativity that's being expressed by our friends or by others in society will vaporize itself into nothingness. because we're holding on to the negative energies of non-forgiveness, of anger, of hatred, of violence towards ourselves and others. But when we learn to let go through forgiveness, we move on and people no longer are putting negativity upon us. It gets less and less and less and eventually totally disappears. I am a victim of that from the past. I used to have a lot of negativity from people put upon me because I wanted to change my whole life into being positive. And the more positive I became, the more negative my friends were to me, not badly, but enough to make me recognize what was going on. And eventually over time, The positivity that I self created, I allowed that positive energy to manifest over those people. And suddenly they were doing that negativity anymore. It became positive. So self forgiveness is really, really important. Do people become healthier when they live with more purpose? When you change your attitude towards yourself, naturally you change your health because you change the level of your thinking. A lot of people don't realize that. When we work in a position that we despise or even hate, which is a horrible word, we create all the negative energies around us and we have negative people around us. causing us so much stress and eventually depression. When we turn around and change our thinking into being more healthier in what we consume, especially in our thoughts, we start to have a more positive purpose within our existence. And that is really, really important. So remember, what we think we eventually become positive or negative. The outcome is us as individuals in the level of our thinking. Now, how much does environment affect health, including the home and workspace? Well, again, I'll say 100%. Our airs being poisoned, our foods being poisoned, Our life is being poisoned by our thoughts because the more we feel down, the more negativity we create and the more negative things we bring into our life. Now the environment is caused by all the poisons that are manufactured today. Not just in Australia, worldwide. In America, Bill Gates was spraying so many toxic poisons in the air. And whether he's still doing it, I'm not 100% sure. But he was doing that for years. And that affects people in so many ways. It affects the way they think. It affects what they eat because of the toxicity within the foods. And we have to change that. We are the power as individuals. Governments that go into power should be there to serve the people. But what they're doing is all governments worldwide are serving themselves and placing negative laws upon us, which create a negative life in our thinking. which creates a negative environment, not just in what's in the atmosphere, it's in the people. And the more people who are negative, it end up creating more negative people because you're hanging around those people. And that's not a good thing. Are there common chemicals or toxins people should avoid more carefully? Actually, this is going to be a good answer. Every single chemical, if you can get away from it, do it. Because every time you go to, say, a hardware or to a shopping center and you buy certain soaps to wash yourself, most soaps are negative. They have negative chemicals, have animal flesh in them, fats. which is negative, sprays to kill roaches. You breathe that stuff in, they'll say to you, oh, it's odorless. That's a funny one. Yeah. Okay. It's odorless, but it's still going to kill you over time because those poisons are toxic chemicals created from toxic chemicals. If you go into, say, foods and look on the packets, like say, any type of say, sausages, what they're made from, our patties, what they're made from, half the stuff you don't even know, because it's chemicals or it's different colors, which are created from chemicals. So all those things affect our life. We need to realize, to read what's in our foods, what's in the air, what's in our waters. So we can change our whole direction in life to become more healthier in our thinking and in what we consume. That's really, really important. But chemicals are in everything. You go to a hardware, everything is chemicals and all chemicals are toxic. Um, you can get sprays to say spray the grass or the weeds or to spray whatever flowers, you know, all those things are highly toxic. Even there's one that's environmentally friendly and it's the lowest form of chemicals, but it will still affect your health. We need to make things without chemicals, naturally. And if you go back in history, so many Asian countries in the past, including India, everything was made from natural resources, 100%. Today, they are trying to bring that back into existence in so many different ways. Now you can look up so many different health products. Only a few years ago, you couldn't. They were literally taking them off the market. There were sausages that were 100% plant-based. I can't think of the name that used to make them, but it was a very well-known one. And those sausages were the most perfect plant-based sausages that you could ever have. They look like real sausages made from dead flesh animals. But now because they're healthy, they took them off the market. And now they're starting to add chemicals into certain ones. So we need to be more aware of those chemicals in our environment, which affect our health, and also everything else. And what natural healing aids are most useful for everyday life? Healing aids. Well, healing aids, we need to become more aware again, what we're consuming, what type of clothes we wear, because they're putting certain types of chemicals into clothes now. into the materials which affect our bodies to certain degrees. Everything is affecting us in a negative way and we need to learn what can we do to become more healthier. Now natural healing aids. The most natural healing aid is your thoughts through your mind. Now, how this question sounds to me is how does one heal themselves naturally? Your thoughts govern your existence in a negative way or a positive way. That choice is yours and it all depends on the type of conditioning you have had throughout your life. There are many products on the market that you can use to put on your body, on the external of your body or the internal. But there is another way. And it's one way that I've been using for a very long time. When you use a substance called living energy, And when you learn to understand what living energy actually is, it is everything in all existences worldwide on this earth, including the earth, as well as all the trillions of other universes, as well as all the billions of other planets, as well as all the millions of life forms, all created from living energy. 100%. Scientists have not yet discovered that and in time they will. How long? That's a big question. If you lay on your bed or stand, put your hands over your heart and say these words, I wish to go beyond my human level of understanding, being my human brain of conditioning. I need to connect to what I've been told is the mind that is pure living energy that surrounds me as well as within me. I need to connect to my mind for higher levels of thinking. And when you eventually do that, what you can do then is say this, I now project pure healing energy within my human brain to connect and to heal and to create new pathways within my human brain and be connected to my mind, my imagination, as well as my soul. Because I am a spirit, which is the living essence of who I am. I live in this body, but it has a time period and it will eventually be gone. and what will exist is the spirit for my next incarnation. So in this life, I am connecting to my mind to keep my body healthy 100%. I express the energy internally, externally, throughout all my organs, my blood for purification, all my arteries, all my ligaments, all my muscles, my nervous system, everything as well as externally my skin. I prevent the aging process because I am naturally young in every moment of every breath. If you say things like that naturally by using living energy, that is the most natural way to heal yourself. I have been doing that now for well over 40 years. I used it back in 1988. And that was my biggest lesson when I came directly in connection by sitting within my own soul. And I asked questions and I received the answers in how to heal myself. And it's exactly what I just said. If you want to rejuvenate your body internally, externally, You have to saturate yourself within that living energy and say these words. I heal my heart because my heart has palpitations. I now heal it. I now heal my kidneys and I purify my kidneys and I flush my kidneys of all toxic material out through my wastes. I now clean and flush my liver. Whatever your issues are, even if it's your back or your bone structure, say the same things. I heal my skeleton. Every single cell that created my skeleton, I heal it 100% with pure living energy. The more you do that, over time, what you'll discover, it will work 100%. And I am the living example. And so is Meisha, my wife. And actually, so is my nine year old son. Who's doing that now? He's doing what I'm saying to him. If I say to him, you can meditate 100%. He says, I will meditate 100%. If he says, I will heal my knee, with living energy. If he says that and believes it by self-empowerment, it will happen. We create diseases, ill health through our negative conditioning or the transfer of negative illnesses from our parents. And those illnesses come out in us later on in life or at an earlier stage, depending on our negative emotions. So living energy is one of the greatest gifts besides imagination to heal ourselves 100%. And so can the body recover from years of unhealthy habits? Yes, Michael, it can. But it's all in our thinking. I won't answer that in a long way. Yeah. If we change our thinking by healing ourselves naturally, our body will be created in a more healthier way. And the more we do it, the more healthier we will become. So the first thing is change our thinking. The second thing is change our diet. Get rid of the food that is causing us to grow old. And I've spoken about that further up those questions. Is there a connection between spiritual balance and physical vitality? The balance is you. You are physical and you are spiritual. And by learning to understand your physical self and by learning to understand your spiritual self, what you'll do is eventually join the two together in complete harmony and in the knowing. that your physical self has the essence of what is called the cellular memory. Your spiritual self has the essence of living energy in a cellular memory fashion. So they both work in harmony. You grow physically, you grow spiritually. It all depends on the level of your consciousness. When you start to change your level of thinking by changing the level of your consumption of foods, you begin to grow in a conscious manner. You can never grow consciously if you're a carnival or a cannibal. You can't. You'll stay between a second and third dimensional little thinking person. But when you grow consciously, you can change everything. everything. What daily habits create the strongest foundation for ultimate health? Your level of thinking in being positive towards yourself 100% and the food intake and the habits of life. If you can change that, then the strong foundation you create is ultimate health. If you could give humanity one message about health, what would it be? You can do it. Most people will say, ah, that's too much for me. I can't do it. Well, you've just put so much negativity into it because of the negative life that you've existed within emotionally. You're never going to create any form of health. So the message is, Change your thinking and you change your life. Change what you consume and you change the level of your thinking by growing consciously. Now this little saying, something I created personally a very long time ago, I use it a lot now. I am living pure energy. formulating into becoming pure living consciousness. We are held at a certain level of physical understanding because we're not given the information to grow beyond it. We're kept at this level so we can be easily controlled as the human race. And that is 100% true. We are 928,000 years old in our own human evolution. Yes, the history of this planet goes back 41 million years, but we as humanity are 928,000 years old in our own evolution. We've been held by the elite criminals from the very beginning through so many different negative ways. and we are still being held today in this exact moment of 2026. We need to self-empower ourselves by becoming the power of ourselves and know that we can create and make decisions 100%. So when we learn to say something like this again, I am pure living energy. formulating into pure living consciousness. Say it all the time and it will change the way you think.
