This week on The Get Down we take a HUGE leap away from Hip-Hop and take a glimpse into the world of an ex-underworld figure, gangsta & bikie. Vince Focarelli lived the life and knew full well the consequences of doing so. He spent many years in prison, he had several assassination attempts on his life & he was a media goldmine. Lives were lost, loved ones were murdered. But amazingly, Vince has found redemption and changed his life in ways not many men could. He walked away from the life, forgave and moved forward along his new path of Islam. This is a story of change and overcoming adversity it its purist form.
