Nalyse Seymore and Courtney Fostvedt

Hosts Nalyse Seymore and Courtney Fostvedt talk race issues for the first time and share some history on their very different backgrounds. One of them only had two black people in their high school. Can you guess who? Can you imagine what that feels like? In the current climate that we are in, they thought it was only right to open the floor for some solid conversations on race issues that really hit home. They talk using the N word, question if some things are truly racist, and try to make sense of what is means to have EMPATHY when it comes to racial and cultural bias. This is only part one of a much bigger conversation. Wanna get involved? Email us at theempathycocktail@gmail.com for any suggestions or comments. We're on Facebook as The Empathy Cocktail Podcast and on IG @theempathycocktail.
