In the not-to-distant future, society has been massively disrupted by an apocalyptic event. Tucked away in the closest thing to Eden in a dystopian future, Izzy (Diane Lane) and Bud (Harry Dean Stanton) are surviving, but roving marauders led by a mysterious stranger named Texas (Billy Wirth) threaten their peaceful existence.
