Should I say food creating memories or memories creating food? Both are true for chef Gaspar Fernandes. He was born in Goa, studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London, and now owns "Gaspar's" restaurant in Vilnius.  He has a really wide range of experiences and memories taken from all these places and keeps applying them in his work.  Gaspar highlights the connection between food and emotions - that's the way our memories are created.
