After 4 decades as an entrepreneur, operating in and serving clients
in nearly 100 industries, Shadoe Gray has certainly earned her nickname the
business “know it all.” Shadoe is the owner of several businesses
operating here in southern California all in the business services fields.
Everything from a workers’ compensation litigation firm which she has operated
for 28 years, to a business services company she started at the age of 16 when
she dropped out of high school! Her most recent addition was starting an
agency certifying visitation supervisors to provide family visitation all over
the state of California. And she’s not done yet! Starting early 2021, her
alter-ego, “Miss Management” will be making her video and podcast debut on a
device near you with a shoot from the hip call in show answering all your
business questions and giving management advice in the sassy style Shadoe is
known for. Shadoe says she is the architect of her own life and she is not
done building!
