Then I discovered the"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":323.5,"endTime":328.81,"body":"world of finance, and the world"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":323.5,"endTime":328.81,"body":"of international deals and"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":328.96,"endTime":333.97,"body":"travelling abroad for work and"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":328.96,"endTime":333.97,"body":"living abroad and getting paid a"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":334.63,"endTime":336.94,"body":"decent amount of money, more"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":334.63,"endTime":336.94,"body":"money than I'd ever been paid"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":336.94,"endTime":341.56,"body":"before. And I was learning a lot"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":378.98,"endTime":381.83,"body":"from them. And I was feeling"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":378.98,"endTime":381.83,"body":"challenged. And that was great,"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":381.83,"endTime":388.07,"body":"too. And then I got the chance"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":381.83,"endTime":388.07,"body":"to go to Singapore, which I"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":388.07,"endTime":391.34,"body":"jumped out because I always"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":388.07,"endTime":391.34,"body":"wanted to live and work in Asia."},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":392.21,"endTime":395.27,"body":"And the way that it was"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":392.21,"endTime":395.27,"body":"presented and how I was viewing"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":395.27,"endTime":399.29,"body":"at the time was that this was my"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":395.27,"endTime":399.29,"body":"step to quickly rise up the"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":399.29,"endTime":403.97,"body":"ranks and reach those hallowed"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":399.29,"endTime":403.97,"body":"gates of partnership. Never"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":403.97,"endTime":407.69,"body":"actually really question if"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":403.97,"endTime":407.69,"body":"that's what I wanted. But that's"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":407.69,"endTime":410.57,"body":"what was expected. Right? I was"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":407.69,"endTime":410.57,"body":"in this situation. And that's"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":410.57,"endTime":415.1,"body":"what you're expected to do. I"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":410.57,"endTime":415.1,"body":"had taken my time in music"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":415.1,"endTime":419.36,"body":"rebelling and going against what"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":415.1,"endTime":419.36,"body":"I should do, going against what"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":419.36,"endTime":424.01,"body":"I should do. And so now, I was"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":419.36,"endTime":424.01,"body":"on this path that everybody"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":424.01,"endTime":427.91,"body":"thought was great. I was"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":424.01,"endTime":427.91,"body":"outwardly successful. I was"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":427.94,"endTime":432.92,"body":"living the dream, as they say,"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":427.94,"endTime":432.92,"body":"and so why would I change that?"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":434.06,"endTime":438.05,"body":"So off, I went to Singapore. I"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":434.06,"endTime":438.05,"body":"loved it there too. I love the"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":438.05,"endTime":442.4,"body":"weather. I love the lifestyle. I"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":438.05,"endTime":442.4,"body":"even enjoyed the work initially."},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":442.4,"endTime":444.95,"body":"And I felt that I was getting"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":442.4,"endTime":444.95,"body":"some of the autonomy that I was"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":444.98,"endTime":452.66,"body":"I was craving. But that slowly"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":444.98,"endTime":452.66,"body":"changed. And I was not paying"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":452.66,"endTime":454.85,"body":"that much attention to it. It's"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":452.66,"endTime":454.85,"body":"just like, Yeah, whatever, just"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":454.85,"endTime":460.55,"body":"keep going. And then my first"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":454.85,"endTime":460.55,"body":"child was born.
