Because you were and"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":651.13,"endTime":654.79,"body":"then you eventually just gave in"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":651.13,"endTime":654.79,"body":"and went back to your old habit,"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":654.94,"endTime":658.06,"body":"because you enjoyed it, you"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":654.94,"endTime":658.06,"body":"found comfort in it, there"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":658.06,"endTime":661.15,"body":"wasn't any real reason you could"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":658.06,"endTime":661.15,"body":"think of to kind of stop doing"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":661.15,"endTime":669.22,"body":"it. Here's an example. A key one"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":661.15,"endTime":669.22,"body":"is alcohol. So for me, I like"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":669.22,"endTime":672.19,"body":"drinking. I mean, I used to like"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":669.22,"endTime":672.19,"body":"drinking, and it wasn't"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":672.25,"endTime":675.07,"body":"necessarily cast myself as a"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":672.25,"endTime":675.07,"body":"huge drinker. But on a night"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":675.07,"endTime":679.06,"body":"out, I mean, I would go large"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":675.07,"endTime":679.06,"body":"with the best of them. And"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":679.09,"endTime":681.52,"body":"there'd be times I'd wake up the"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":679.09,"endTime":681.52,"body":"next day, but I don't want to do"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":681.52,"endTime":684.25,"body":"that again. And I think about"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":681.52,"endTime":684.25,"body":"well, maybe maybe I could cut"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":684.25,"endTime":687.82,"body":"down on my alcohol consumption."},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":684.25,"endTime":687.82,"body":"Or maybe I could just stop"},{"speaker":"Ryan Spence","startTime":687.82,"endTime":693.16,"body":"altogether, why not.
