Frieda Levycky - The Importance of Finding Balance

This week's guest is an ex- BigLaw lawyer turned life coach and legal consultant, Frieda Levycky has worked as General Counsel for a large international corporation, and also as a partner in a BigLaw law firm. Frieda is attuned to the demands of a career in high finance and BigLaw. The demands of her career, and her own alpha female personality began to seriously affect her health, leading Frieda to take time out to figure out life and to find better balance.
When I first had the idea for this podcast and started making a list of the guests to invite on the show, Frieda was up there in the top 10. By the end of this interview, I think you'll see why. Frieda's openness and willingness to share her experience, no matter how vulnerable is really refreshing and I think you're gonna get a lot out of this interview.
