Welcome to Episode 8 of The Yoga Den Podcast.
When I first had the idea to create The Yoga Den Podcast it was largely because I hadn't found any yoga podcasts that I could relate to. And in fact, I just didn't believe there were many yoga podcasts at all. Boy, was I wrong?
Once I started to do the research, I found numerous podcasts, many of them still on my playlist today. But one podcast that stood out for me was The Yogi Show, a show hosted by today's guest Pedro Luna, along with his co-host Yogi Bryan.
So it was great to get Pedro on the show this week to talk about The Yogi Show, his story from debt collecting yoga teacher to Lululemon ambassador and how Bikram yoga was his drug.
I think you're really gonna get a lot out of this conversation. Pedro's funny, generous, inspiring and he has a lot of great things to say about getting out of your own way and going all-in on yourself.
