"Make haste, o God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord." (Psalm 70:1).
God is our deliverer and our strength. When times are tough, we can rely on him. With your feet firmly planted on the rock, you will not be moved, even in the fiercest of storms. While we may know this on an intellectual level, internalizing this knowledge can be tough. When going through hard times, you may still be down, stress or anxious. That's ok. It is ok to not be ok.
In this episode, our host shares his own struggles, how he tried to cover up his stress and how talking things through finally helped him. Listen and be encouraged. Learn from the mistakes of our host and reach out to your brothers and sisters in Christ when you need help.
