December 23, 2022 Dr Nik Kendrew Season 2 Episode 36

Who Stole Christmas?
Show Notes Transcript

This week the podcast is being guest edited by the ST3s from Chesterfield and the Derbyshire Dales GP Speciality Training Programme. They have found some CPD in the most unlikely place: a Christmas movie that’s been a family favourite for years! Nik is joined by guests Dr Georgia Lavender and Dr Hannah Newton, both ST3's from the editing team.
Amongst other things, they’ll be discussing social isolation and loneliness at Christmas, the mental health burden this winter, and even find time to refresh our memories about how cardiomyopathy might present.
There's also the usual look at the medical news headlines and the past week in daytime TV.
