Can 30 second cold showers, massages and your gut affect your immune system?
This week GP Dr Abbie Brooks joins us to talk about the recent BBC show " The truth about boosting your immune system" which was presented by Dr Ronx- they had some great information to share in a very interesting documentary. Who knew that eating enough fibre, haviong enough vitamin D, moderate exercise, getting enough sleep, 30 second cold showers and having massages could be so important to our immune systems?
We also have the regular look at the medical news headlines and what's been featured recently on daytime TV.
