Please stay- what can we do to reduce suicide?
Show Notes Transcript

In a week when there were two high profile documentaries about suicide on TV, Nik is joined by Dr Lee David -a GP and CBT therapist with special interests in mental health and resilience, compassion, behaviour change and education for health professionals.
We discuss the BBC documentary 'Roman Kemp: Our Silent Emergency' and the Channel 4 documentary ' Caroline Flack : Her Life And Death'. Both hearbreaking, but both looking at this very difficult issue from a different angle. What can we learn from watching them and how can we use that to help ourselves, our patients, our friends and our loved ones?
