This week Cheshire GP Dr Ali Smith, who has an interest in autism joins Nik to talk about the recent BBC documentary "Paddy and Christine McGuinness: Our Family and Autism". They talk about how society can create a lot of  problems for autistic people. They also talk about masking and why there can be a gender related difference in time to diagnosis.
