Anya Episode 3

The third episode of PricedOut's four-part podcast series on how to solve the housing crisis.

This week we're joined by Christine Whitehead, Emeritus Professor of Housing Economics and Deputy Director at LSE London. Christine is an internationally renowned economist and has recently published her book "Understanding Affordability: The Economics of Housing Markets" with Professor Geoffrey Meen.

We talk about what housing affordability means, the myth that there is no housing shortage, and how we should understand the role of supply and demand in housing costs, amongst other things!
