His actions are characterized by HESED

What is the Hesed of Psalm 100?: extending perfect faithfulness

to a generally uncooperative people group

He is being steady. We are being wobbly.

He is reaching out. We oft bite the extended hand.

It is the essential quality that allows a relationship with humans

It is also what He calls us to in the junior version: be faithful to Him

Be steady in the house of God with the people of God

It is the pillar upon which we will stand before Him for eternity

For if there is No steadiness with God,

there is nothing to stand on or at least nothing to stand on for long
