Charlie Ternan was "a bright light" in the lives of everyone around him....until an accidental fentanyl poisoning suddenly took him away at the age of 22.
His friend, independent artist, Jack Symes, was deeply affected by the loss of Charlie and he wrote "Song For Charlie" as a way to deal with his grief.
