I discovered"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":237.97,"endTime":241.36,"body":"that often it was just how they"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":241.36,"endTime":243.61,"body":"think; they weren't trying to"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":241.36,"endTime":243.61,"body":"get back at me or they weren't"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":243.61,"endTime":249.31,"body":"upset with me or they weren't"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":243.61,"endTime":249.31,"body":"frustrating deliberately. They"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":249.31,"endTime":255.82,"body":"thought differently from how I"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":249.31,"endTime":255.82,"body":"thought. So reflect for a moment"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":255.82,"endTime":259.81,"body":"on the last time you disagreed"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":255.82,"endTime":259.81,"body":"with someone who was close to"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":259.81,"endTime":262.93,"body":"you. could be a spouse, a"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":259.81,"endTime":262.93,"body":"friend, a boss, a sibling, it"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":262.93,"endTime":267.49,"body":"doesn't matter, right? In many"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":267.49,"endTime":271.48,"body":"cases, that disagreement was"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":267.49,"endTime":271.48,"body":"simply the result of us not"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":271.69,"endTime":275.65,"body":"being on the same thinking"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":271.69,"endTime":275.65,"body":"level. Coming back to Einstein's"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":275.0,"endTime":282.89,"body":"I'm basing this podcast on a"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":275.0,"endTime":282.89,"body":"model known as the human brain"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":275.65,"endTime":275.98,"body":"quote."},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":282.95,"endTime":286.88,"body":"dominance instrument HBDI. You know,"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":345.83,"endTime":348.41,"body":"that kind of conversation, where"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":348.41,"endTime":352.76,"body":"we say, woah timeout, and you"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":348.41,"endTime":352.76,"body":"back away from it. And you say,"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":352.76,"endTime":355.16,"body":"okay, what's happening here,"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":352.76,"endTime":355.16,"body":"it's okay, let's get back into"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":355.16,"endTime":358.67,"body":"it. And you may"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":368.69,"endTime":372.29,"body":"be a combination of all four of"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":368.69,"endTime":372.29,"body":"them. And it's"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":411.67,"endTime":415.06,"body":"where we do our problem solving"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":415.06,"endTime":417.97,"body":"when we look at things,"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":415.06,"endTime":417.97,"body":"technically. So if you"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":417.97,"endTime":421.72,"body":"analytical and you are in"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":417.97,"endTime":421.72,"body":"sitting in a meeting, you want"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":421.72,"endTime":424.9,"body":"to have data, don't give me"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":421.72,"endTime":424.9,"body":"fuzzy stories, don't give me"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":424.9,"endTime":427.87,"body":"anecdotes, you want to"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":424.9,"endTime":427.87,"body":"understand what are the facts"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":427.87,"endTime":431.65,"body":"here. Very"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":450.55,"endTime":454.33,"body":"administrative, very organized."},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":454.33,"endTime":458.59,"body":"Now, again, that thinking you"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":454.33,"endTime":458.59,"body":"may have components of that you"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":458.59,"endTime":461.56,"body":"may be very detailed, but"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":458.59,"endTime":461.56,"body":"actually not like"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":461.77,"endTime":464.92,"body":"administration, there's lots of"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":461.77,"endTime":464.92,"body":"different ways that we process,"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":465.61,"endTime":472.24,"body":"our thoughts. I mean, I can tell"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":465.61,"endTime":472.24,"body":"you that I love planning. But"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":472.24,"endTime":476.41,"body":"I'm not very good at sticking to"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":472.24,"endTime":476.41,"body":"the plan. And one of the reasons"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":476.41,"endTime":479.2,"body":"I'm not good at sticking to the"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":476.41,"endTime":479.2,"body":"plan is because I also love"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":479.2,"endTime":481.96,"body":"change, where does that fit,"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":479.2,"endTime":481.96,"body":"we'll talk about that in a"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":481.96,"endTime":482.26,"body":"moment."},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":483.46,"endTime":487.12,"body":"Or maybe your thinking"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":483.46,"endTime":487.12,"body":"preferences revolve around the"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":487.12,"endTime":490.81,"body":"relational thinking, or that"},{"speaker":"stool","startTime":487.12,"endTime":490.81,"body":"emotional thinking.
