And you know,"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":282.04,"endTime":284.92,"body":"anybody who's ever thought"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":282.04,"endTime":284.92,"body":"Sydney traffic to get in and out"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":284.92,"endTime":289.12,"body":"of an office on a daily basis"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":284.92,"endTime":289.12,"body":"knows how frustrating that whole"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":289.12,"endTime":294.07,"body":"process can be. So early on, you know, we"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":317.01,"endTime":320.61,"body":"did have some big challenges in"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":317.01,"endTime":320.61,"body":"terms of what work could be done"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":320.61,"endTime":324.51,"body":"where, because the tools and the"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":320.61,"endTime":324.51,"body":"technologies just weren't up for"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":324.51,"endTime":327.66,"body":"that. And you know, the few"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":324.51,"endTime":327.66,"body":"people who worked from home put"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":327.66,"endTime":331.08,"body":"up with things, because they had"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":327.66,"endTime":331.08,"body":"a reason they had to,"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":332.82,"endTime":335.4,"body":"I think things have changed a"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":332.82,"endTime":335.4,"body":"little bit. And we've opened up"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":335.43,"endTime":339.87,"body":"more possibilities for people to"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":335.43,"endTime":339.87,"body":"work from home. And we've seen"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":339.87,"endTime":342.72,"body":"that during this, this whole"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":339.87,"endTime":342.72,"body":"pandemic, we've because of"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":342.72,"endTime":346.95,"body":"necessity, people have embraced"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":342.72,"endTime":346.95,"body":"some of the capabilities that"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":346.95,"endTime":350.43,"body":"are there and some of the tools"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":346.95,"endTime":350.43,"body":"and technologies we have. And"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":350.43,"endTime":354.96,"body":"because of that, we've seen the"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":350.43,"endTime":354.96,"body":"ability to do jobs from home"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":354.96,"endTime":357.81,"body":"that we wouldn't have said were"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":354.96,"endTime":357.81,"body":"possible in the past."},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":359.55,"endTime":363.81,"body":"But I think it's it's a good"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":359.55,"endTime":363.81,"body":"conversation to have, that"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":363.81,"endTime":368.19,"body":"there's a difference between it"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":363.81,"endTime":368.19,"body":"being technically possible to do"},{"speaker":"Dale","startTime":368.31,"endTime":372.18,"body":"a job from home. And"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":388.07,"endTime":394.52,"body":"in some instances forced into"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":394.52,"endTime":397.4,"body":"that remote work, where we"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":394.52,"endTime":397.4,"body":"didn't have an opportunity to go"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":397.4,"endTime":400.76,"body":"back to the office to get some"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":397.4,"endTime":400.76,"body":"of our tools as well, where all"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":400.76,"endTime":405.47,"body":"of a sudden, we you know, we"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":400.76,"endTime":405.47,"body":"moved from one condition to"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":405.47,"endTime":408.47,"body":"another condition fairly"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":405.47,"endTime":408.47,"body":"quickly. And the other"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":408.47,"endTime":412.58,"body":"challenge, of course, when we"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":408.47,"endTime":412.58,"body":"talk about working remotely, you"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":412.58,"endTime":418.91,"body":"know, is that if that was an"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":412.58,"endTime":418.91,"body":"enforced choice, it often wasn't"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":418.91,"endTime":421.91,"body":"just enforced for us, there are"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":418.91,"endTime":421.91,"body":"other people now within our"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":421.91,"endTime":426.14,"body":"home, let's say, who are also"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":421.91,"endTime":426.14,"body":"working remotely. So now we're"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":426.14,"endTime":429.32,"body":"trying to share resources, we're"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":426.14,"endTime":429.32,"body":"trying to, you know, even"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":429.32,"endTime":434.0,"body":"something as simple as sharing,"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":429.32,"endTime":434.0,"body":"you know, Wi Fi bandwidth. That"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":434.0,"endTime":439.37,"body":"wasn't an issue in the past. So"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":434.0,"endTime":439.37,"body":"clearly, you know, it's If"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":439.37,"endTime":444.83,"body":"nothing else, this pandemic has"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":439.37,"endTime":444.83,"body":"given us exposure to a part of"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":444.83,"endTime":448.88,"body":"the working world that for many"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":444.83,"endTime":448.88,"body":"people was very, very strange"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":448.88,"endTime":451.22,"body":"and that they'd never"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":448.88,"endTime":451.22,"body":"encountered before, I think"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":451.22,"endTime":453.14,"body":"there's been some really"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":451.22,"endTime":453.14,"body":"positive things coming out of"},{"speaker":"Rod","startTime":453.14,"endTime":457.04,"body":"it.
