#254 - Adding Details to Daniel 3 with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego
We've been taught this chapter is all about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego but is it really? Bryan brings a new viewpoint to this chapter as he focuses on the character that is mentioned the most - King Nebuchadnezzar.
In chapter 2 King Nebuchadnezzar ended his dream story acknowledging the God of the Jews revealed mysteries and potentially even worshiped their God.
But that "knowledge" doesn't seem to matter because by chapter 3 he's trying to prove his power and control.
Listen in as Bryan takes us through Daniel 3 and shows us how God once again steps on center stage and proves His power to the watching world as He interacts with King Nebuchadnezzar.
Bryan is the digital media director for Revive Our Hearts. He studied at Hope College in Michigan and Jerusalem University College in Israel. He has a passion for digging into scriptures that we often find perplexing, helping us understand why that story might be included, and what we are supposed to do in light of that story.
