Happy New Year!
I was expecting my first episode of the New Year to be full of excitement and anticipation. Instead there was a bit of disappointment and disbelief due to the recent events that took place at our nation's capital on January 6.
In spite of it all, the show must go on. We must still be Resilient in times of chaos, turmoil emotional hurt and disbelief.
This episode I take a pause and invite you all to do the same and just take a moment to release your emotions or non emotions from the recent events and begin to take charge. Start planning your goals, affirmations, theme for the year. Continue to make it a great year! You have great things inside of you, so let's make this happen!
