In life, our perceptions help us create our realities. My experiences as a licensed professional counselor and professor has exposed to so many people over the years. Those experiences have provided me with much needed perspective, encouraged and nurtured critical thinking, and ultimately gave me power to choose how to interpret my reality. I continue my conversation with Sabrina and we go to a few new places in her story. We talk about, mental health, her identity and how she continues to evolve as she wears several different hats/masks and we talk a bit about the idea of forgiveness.
