there, maybe be on the phone,"},{"speaker":"Katie","startTime":200.106,"endTime":202.656,"body":"whatever it is, then it is counterproductive."},{"speaker":"Katie","startTime":202.72,"endTime":204.96,"body":"On the other hand, I found that if in struggle, rather than the struggle itself"},{"speaker":"Katie","startTime":224.36,"endTime":228.314,"body":"that defines if it's productive or So I talk about struggle is"},{"speaker":"Grace","startTime":228.424,"endTime":232.422,"body":"almost when we hit struggle, we feel like"},{"speaker":"Grace","startTime":232.438,"endTime":235.358,"body":"we're in a tunnel, and when we're in a tunnel,"},{"speaker":"Grace","startTime":232.438,"endTime":235.358,"body":"we get tunnel vision."},{"speaker":"Grace","startTime":235.486,"endTime":238.23,"body":"So we get fixated on finding the exits."},{"speaker":"Grace","startTime":238.422,"endTime":240.238,"body":"So that's where the distractions come in."},{"speaker":"Grace","startTime":240.246,"endTime":241.854,"body":"It's like this doesn't feel productive."},{"speaker":"Grace","startTime":241.894,"endTime":242.702,"body":"Oh,
