They were"},{"speaker":"paragraph and said","startTime":1130.5,"endTime":1133.56,"body":"under military rule for 50"},{"speaker":"paragraph and said","startTime":1133.56,"endTime":1138.72,"body":"years, and now overnight they"},{"speaker":"paragraph and said","startTime":1133.56,"endTime":1138.72,"body":"are told to debate sophisticated"},{"speaker":"paragraph and said","startTime":1138.72,"endTime":1143.49,"body":"bills in Parliament. They just"},{"speaker":"paragraph and said","startTime":1138.72,"endTime":1143.49,"body":"were overwhelmed. And so he"},{"speaker":"paragraph and said","startTime":1143.49,"endTime":1149.31,"body":"asked me to visit Myanmar.
