I was then"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":348.92,"endTime":355.01,"body":"part of the merger of Glaxo"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":355.37,"endTime":359.69,"body":"Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":355.37,"endTime":359.69,"body":"in the Philippines. I stayed"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":359.69,"endTime":363.41,"body":"there for five years, and that"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":359.69,"endTime":363.41,"body":"was actually the place where I"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":363.44,"endTime":367.91,"body":"tried different facets of HR,"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":363.44,"endTime":367.91,"body":"like recruitment, employee"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":367.91,"endTime":371.18,"body":"relations, compensation and"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":367.91,"endTime":371.18,"body":"benefits and learning and"},{"speaker":"Rashelle Cejo","startTime":371.18,"endTime":376.04,"body":"development.
