Are you guilty? It can literally be costing you hundreds of dollars and the time that you value to do all of the incredible things of your dreams. In this episode I share my lack of understanding of what this term actually means and how I relate to it. I also discuss some ways to look at your 3,6,9 & 12 year goals and how what you accomplished and your actions of Q1 effects your goals for the rest of your year.
