A few weeks ago (when I recorded this) I literally saw this scrolling on social media and my heart dropped. It almost got me! So let's talk about it!

This is the one and only time I encourage violence. Your emotions have no place in your thoughts and stop you from reaching as the #goaldigger I know you are! So I need you to grab them by the throak not now, but right now!
