This week I’m doing something a little different, I was recently asked to be a guest on a fellow podcasters show… somebody else from within our industry that is spending some of her valuable time, sharing her expertise, as well as what she can learn from others, back with those in the service industries she serves.
Rachel James has a successful financial services company, that specializes in helping those in the collision and auto repair industry. Rachel has a great background that started with being a wrench, moved up to service advisor and ended up at PPG in several key roles over her time there, before starting her own company, Northwestern Mutual.
Rachel reached out to me after connecting at a recent conference and asked if she could interview me for her podcast, The Entrepreneurs Club, where we talked about several things, but really focused on the power of effective communications
