Coochie Business
Coochie Business® is a podcast at the intersection of education, culture, and spirit—created for coochie owners, lovers, advocates, and the deeply curious.
Hosted by Dr. Abigail, a naturopathic doctor, midwife, and educator, the show is dedicated to increasing coochie literacy (CLiteracy), dismantling shame, and restoring informed, grounded conversations about anatomy, health, pleasure, fertility, and lived experience.
Through solo sermons, interviews with specialists and truth-tellers, myth-busting, and tender conversations, Coochie Business® challenges the silence that has kept bodies misunderstood and under-resourced for generations.
This is not medical advice or whispered education.
This is a movement toward awareness, agency, and liberation—
one coochie at a time.

SHE LIVES. | The Resurrection of Coochie Business®
Some thought this show was done.
But movements don’t die—they remember, rest, and return.
In this teaser episode, Dr. Abigail reopens the doors to Coochie Business®, reintroducing the podcast as a bold, educational, cultural, and spiritual space dedicated to body literacy, truth-telling, and coochie liberation.
This return is intentional.
February 2026 marks the 100-year legacy of Black History Month, first initiated by Carter G. Woodson—and this episode honors that lineage by naming what has too often been silenced, shamed, or ignored.
In She Lives., Dr. Abigail sets the tone for what’s to come:
- Who this show is for (coochie owners, lovers, and advocates)
- Why silence—not conversation—has been harming our bodies
- What it means to practice CLiteracy (coochie literacy) together
- And why “normal” can’t stay normal anymore
This is not a comeback—it’s a continuation.
Grounded in facts. Rooted in history. Alive with lived experience.
If you’re ready for honest conversations, myth-busting, laughter, and liberation through education—welcome to the coochie conversation.

I am back. The resurrection is real. Coochie is my ministry, and the doors to the church are open, honey. So welcome. Come on in. Settle in and it's important, intentional that this return is happening now, February Black History Month, and not just any February, either this February in 2026 in case we have any time travelers listening. Marks the hundredth year anniversary of Black History Month. Shout out to historian Carter g Woodson, who back in 1926, initiated what was then called Negro History Week. So yes, this Black History Month feels like the perfect time to bring Coochie back and we're gonna launch things off, discussing things impacting Black Coochies in particular. So let me. Tell you or remind you who this space is for. This Coochie Business podcast is for coochie owners, coochie lovers, and for coochie advocates. And in case you don't know which one you are yet, stick around. You will figure it out. Are you a coochie owner? Do you have a coochie? That's it. We're not getting caught up in politics or semantics. Do you have a coochie? 'cause we have sp. Specific conversations we need to have. Are you a coochie lover? Do you love a coochie, your own coochie? Do you love another coochie romantically or platonically like a guardian or a sibling or a child about her mother, her auntie? Are you a coochie advocate? Do you advocate for coochies again, your own coochie in a medical office or to a friend or a colleague? Are you in a profession that advocates for coochies like social services? Are you a teacher? Are you in the medical field? Are you in the legal field? That's a whole nother set of conversations to have. I'm Dr. Abigail. I am your coochie curator. I am a doctor, a midwife, a teacher. I'm peculiar on purpose for a purpose because normal has not been serving us. This podcast is an educational space, edutainment, 'cause we will have fun here too. It's a cultural space, a spiritual space. And that said, it's not a substitute for your personal medical care. It's an edgy space too. We're gonna be pushing some boundaries around here. Why? Because boundaries have been pushed on us for generations, pushed on us through silence, shame, misinformation, neglect. Enough of that, this show is grounded in facts. It's grounded in history. It's grounded in lived experiences, and it's grounded in the belief that our bodies deserve literacy, not whispers, not shame. Literacy. Literacy, if you wanna call it that, that's coochie literacy. So let me say this upfront. 'cause some of you might think that what I say here, what we discuss here feels disruptive and that's 'cause it is. You might feel like I'm talking dirty sometimes 'cause I might be. You might feel like we shouldn't be having these conversations, especially so candidly, this publicly, and yet here we are talking about it loud and proud, but for real. Let me ask you something. How many conversations have we actually had about this? Like really had. See the problem is that we've made coochie talk wrong, and as a result we don't know enough about it, and it's not okay for our private parts to be so private that we don't know how they work, how they look, or what they can do. The truth is it's not coochie talk that's harming coochies. It's the silence around coochies that's doing us in, and that kind of silence has real consequences, generational consequences. The coochie is sacred, not a secret. So what you can expect around here, you might get some solo sermons from yours truly. Because like I said, coochie is my ministry, and yes, I be preaching. You can expect some interviews with specialists and other truth tellers. You can expect some myth busting. You can expect some tender conversations and absolutely you can expect laughter because if we can't laugh, what are we actually doing? So I'm here because what's normal currently can't stay normal. We gotta figure out a new norm. I'm here to increase awareness to support coochie liberation. To practice literacy together and also to gather other coochie advocates to join me in these streets. Is that you? Are you who I'm looking for? Welcome to these coochie conversations, and I mean that literally, I wanna hear from you, your questions, your curiosities, your stories. The things you were never taught, the things you're just now unlearning. Send me what you wanna hear on this show. You can send your questions to questions@coochiebusiness.com if you have a story to share. You can send it to me at stories@coochiebusiness.com. These will all be gathered as topics on this podcast. You'll find all of that in the show notes because this is not a monologue, it's a dialogue, and it's a movement. Coochie, liberation movement. Let's normalize these conversations. This is Coochie Business. Welcome to the conversation. Hit that subscribe button, and I'll see you in the next episode.
