Have you ever had a deep heartfelt connection when being outside in nature? Perhaps you have connected with Archangel Ariel, without even recognizing it. Ariel is involved with healing and protecting nature. And similar to other Archangels, it may appear as either male or female energy. When Ariel is around, you may feel and hear the wind as a celestial sign. Ariel is the first angel we'll be introducing in this Archangel mini-series. 

Ariel's name means lion or “lioness of God”. So you might begin seeing references to or visions of lions around you. In fact, if you've seen some of the Ariel artwork portrayals, you might have seen Ariel as having a lion's head. In the Bible area works closely with King Solomon. In conducting manifestation, making dreams come true, spirit release (similar to what you might call exorcism) and overall divine magic. Ariel also oversees the water nymphs and fairies and the nature angels associated with water. The purpose is to maintain healthy environments near oceans, lakes, rivers, streams and ponds. I live on a lake in northern Minnesota and have felt Archangel Ariel many times in the wind. Archangel Ariel may contact you to help with this mission of purifying and protecting nature, specifically water bodies and their inhabitants. If you help with Ariel's environmental mission, you can be rewarded with wonderful manifestations and increased magical power. You might even be graced with seeing fairies more clearly when out in nature. Ariel’s healing and protection includes animals, fish and birds, especially the wild ones out in their natural habitat. If you find an injured bird or another non domesticated animal who needs healing, call upon Ariel for help with that. Ariel works hand in hand with Archangel Raphael to heal animals in need. As we'll be talking further in this series, you'll notice that many of the archangels pair up with their strengths to work together. Archangel Ariel encourages us to work with the earth's environmental system, which is always in delicate balance and in need of reform and restoration so you can join in and your reward will be the joy, a special joy that stretches out from your heart and extends into the very environment that you're helping. It's kind of a circular blessing. Overall, Ariel helps with divine magic, environmentalism especially concerning water bodies, manifestation, getting in touch with the wind and wild animals, fish and birds and healing and protecting the earth. If you would like to enhance your work with Ariel, I have found Obsidian as a rock that helps with change and Tiger's eye as a crystal or rock to help achieve goals and dreams so Obsidian and Tiger's eye help to connect with Ariel's rays. As far as oils, frankincense, myrrh, and orange would be great. Remember that you can call upon Archangel Ariel anytime, anywhere. Outside is where you are most likely to feel, hear, see and know his or her presence, as I previously mentioned, coming in with the wind… because we have free will, we need to let Ariel know that we desire help. Ariel can then help you to express support and give you an assignment for helping with the environment. And of course, expressing our gratitude for the help and support is very important to receive the joy that this mission brings to us and the world for taking care of our environment.
