They are quick, powerful, and aggressive, as well as willing to fight for what they want. Badger's reputation precedes it and makes other animals run for cover just at the sight of a badger. A group of six to 10 badgers live together in a community as a family unit in a complex system of underground burrows, some of which are even centuries old, and have multiple chambers with different functions. These evolved creatures are incredibly clean and fresh in their sleeping areas to prevent lice and fleas, regularly removing grass and replacing it with fresh grass for their beddings. They never bring food into their homes. And they even create a separate toiletry area outside of the chambers. They carefully tend to they're young, and suckle them, up to three months after birth. Badgers choose to live in these underground areas, because part of their divine mission or purpose is to absorb negative energy held within the earth and to keep the Energetic Ley Lines clear and balanced pathways. For centuries, they have completed this important spiritual task. However, for the past few 100 years, humans have baited and killed these creatures with lack of understanding, and yet the creatures survive. 

If badger shows up in your life, you must be persistent, and it is a sign to stick with the project that you've already started. Be willing to ferociously defend your beliefs and values. Meet challenges and criticism head on. Stop procrastinating, stop letting others dissuade you and step forward in constructive action.
