Many of us have read the huge amounts of research citing service to others and gratitude as two main components of human happiness, but how do we learn to incorporate them into our busy daily lives? Sure, we can set the intention to be more grateful, but it's easy to forget about that when faced with a challenge or when our schedules become packed.
I spent a lot of time thinking about this and developed a fun little acronym and journal prompt download to help us all build these habits into every single day, even the busy ones and even the ones that come with challenges.
