This episode is by special request! I had a listener ask me to create a podcast explaining the chakra system to those who might be new to this journey or those who have a hard time identifying with some of the more esoteric teachings of world of spirituality and consciousness. 

In this episode, I go over a general overview of what the chakra system is, what it does, and why it matters. I talk about the first three chakras--root, sacral, and solar plexus--identifying what each governs, what physical and emotional symptoms might result from an imbalance in each, and quickly cover what might have caused imbalances in those chakras.
